Wait, were you talking about Sir Hugh here? TV viewers should get it. I think they mentioned his name 3 times, once when Jory called him to get his attention and twice as Jon Arryn's squire (either Ned, Varys, or both). Maybe even another time in that conversation between Ned and Selmy.
