Also just a friendly PSA....There was a premiere in NYC for the first ep obv. So just be careful surfing them interwebs for spoilers besides the normal spoiler firewall

So what is strongest? The fear of spoilers or the temptation that the first episode is somewhere out there ready to be watched?

frantically searched internets for first ep.
03-21-2014 , 05:50 AM
And... Did you find it?

They allowed 0 electronic devices at the screening, doubt it's anywhere but I haven't checked.

Heard it was pretty boss though.

gobbo,

lol

Important question about Hodor. Why don't they call him some other name? This way there's 2 words to say around him. The current conversation is redundant:

Me: Hodor, bring Bran with us.
Hodor: Hodor.
Me: Thanks Hodor.
Hodor: Hodor.

But let's say they called him something else, like Jimmie. It would add a lot more color:

Me: Jimmie, bring Bran with us.
Jimmie: Hodor.
Me: Thanks Jimmie.
Jimmie: Hodor.

Ignore that last post. 2 hours later, I now realize it was the weed talking.

Now is suddenly makes sense though.

From now on when anyone here thinks of me, I want them to picture me freshly baked and saying "HODOR Hodor HODOR HODOR!! Hodor" out loud to myself.

Imagine the fun you could have asking Hodor questions like "who's the gayest giant in Winterfell?"
03-21-2014 , 08:13 PM
I think the actor of Hodor does a great job with the role.

Maybe he can only say one word but he displays emotion effectively.

It's Jimmie. Get it right!

EDIT: Oh ****. We already have something for Jimmies...

EDIT EDIT: That's what I get for trying to start a stupid meme like Jimmie the Giant.

Asking for permission to post in a thread now?

That's some amazingly awful moderating.

That's cool that you feel that way. If only there was an ATF thread discussing this already that you could express your concerns in. Plus it's so weird that you have to have permission to post in a certain section here cause it's def not like that in any other sub forums here.

It's also for bookreaders not every single person. Thanks for your contribution to the discussion.

So you're out then, no biggie. Don't post here again.

Okay.

This makes zero sense. It's a thread about a TV show. Why would you need permission to post in just based on reading a book?
03-22-2014 , 08:33 AM
book readers spoil the **** out of this thread

Unfortunately, you won't understand until you start watching the show and get involved in discussions. So, simply put, either become a GoT watcher and poster, or GTFOOTT.

Send him to one of those regions in Westeros that isn't important.

Where he gets no screen time.

A very violent area.

And gets knifed in the night.

And so his story ends.
