Hi,

I play on pokerstars under the nickname filuspl and together with 3 top Polish players I run the mtt stable. From the morning we are running a warning campaign against the player using here and on pokerstars nickname wantme1234, who cheated us for over 40k $. I'm pasting a message my friend sent today to several channels.

Unfortunately, as a part of the team, I have to confirm everything that has been said regarding wantme1234. It hasn't been the first case of him cheating and lying in Polish staking community.

"Scammer" is not the proper word for the title IMO.

Untrustworthy would be more appropriate.

Also, without a full breakdown of how you arrived at the $40K figure it's pretty hard to say that you're entitled to that full amount.

Also if he refuses to send an audit and proper accounting , he owes the amount they state. The onus is on him to abide by the stake agreement and provide proper audits when requested. Failure to do so basically admits guilt.

Why dont you go to a court and settle over there?Maybe a penal action against him
Otherwise i dont get why stakees and staking companies sign any form of contracts! What's the point any way?Just to warn others?The damage is done already.
