Hey, my name is Raul aka SolidAct(PS), I`m from Romania and I play online poker for living. I`ve been staked by an american investor with the name Harrison, skype id: harrypotter12357 for some time. In the first part of the collaboration everything went smoothly, without any problems, but lately he is very difficult to answer to me on skype and in the last month he left me without reloads several times and when finally sent me money he did it after 2-3days. Right now when I compose this text is the second Sunday I not received reloads and every time I let him know with two days before that I`m without funds. I`m at the tables 5days/week, I had no problems or suspicion when he checked my audit or skrill transaction history, every calculation was right when we made cuts on profits,when he loaned me money with interest I paid him every cent... so I intend to stop this collaboration since he's not professional anymore, I don`t have money on my bankroll, only makeup wich is very difficult to recover since I got money with big delay.

... 1hour past since I wrote him about reload I asked on Friday and no sign from him.

Just to be clear Raul has been playing for me for many years without any reloading issue up until recently and is currently in 35k makeup which is the all-time high for his makeup figure.

I can promise this issue will be resolved and will never happen again but I will explain why it's happened and I agree with Raul that it's not acceptable to have to wait that long for reloads. Obviously it would be convenient for Raul to use this as an excuse to leave me and the stake in 35k makeup. Let me explain why this has happened though. Note: He has accused me of being broke when nothing could be further from the truth and can prove that

Since he is Romanian, he can only currently be reloaded with skrill euro. All backers in here should be able to verify that not only today but throughout the past few weeks and months I have offered to pay vig (up to and over 1% fee) to buy skrill euro in the money exchange chat to reload Raul and others and there has never been as much difficulty finding skrill euro in my 5 year history staking as there is now. Not only did I normally not have to pay a fee but I normally found the skrill money very quickly. Now I don't find the money easily at all even while offering a fee. Up until recently, one could find skrill euro within an hour or two without an issue. For some reason, this has dramatically changed recently and I hope another backer here can attest to that.

Because of this issue happening a few times already and delaying reloads, I specifically left extra skrill euro with Raul and extra funds with two of my players two weeks ago so that if the issue were to happen again and I encountered difficulty finding more skrill euro, Raul would not rely on people having skrill euro to trade me but rather only rely on any one of two of my players to reload him by transferring him some of their skrill euro. It just so happened that one of the players lost the extra money without letting me know and the other player Frubi who had the extra money with him on stars has encountered delays withdrawing the pokerstars to skrill euro. Frubi has a history of being able to do this within 2-6 hours but stars is taking much longer than usual since last night. I can offer Raul evidence of that and he knows evidence of this is readily available.

I can assure Raul that I can resolve this issue and prevent it from ever happening again by informing my other players they must keep an extra skrill buffer above a certain amount at all times for each other. Raul, I appreciate your patience and I ask for your understanding and forgiveness on this matter one more time.

It's not nice to say at all that I use as an excuse to leave because of makeup, I've been through two big makeups in your stable and I recovered every penny, back then you sent me money to grind but now I have not even for Sunday.

I can confirm the backer is not insolvent and has more than sufficient funds to continue backing and that he has been posting several times to find skrill euro in the exchange chats even at a high fee.

I think the proposed system to ensure this doesn't happen again by leaving spare funds on skrill euro with at least two of his other players and asking for a warning from the players when they get low seems like a good idea

I can also back up this and agree with this current poster.

From an unbiased opinion:

Horse shouldn't be allowed to leave make up.

If he has sufficient proof that he isn't broke, is having issues collecting funds.. it's not his fault.

Give the backer a break.. just as he gives you a break when you're accruing lots of MU in a short amount of time.
