I purchased 4 hours with Thomas for $1000, we called exactly 1hr 24min. Was expecting 4 one hour-ish calls but he charged by the minute and spent 40 minutes in a fairly valueless chit-chat about poker related things to which I had no idea I was being charged 5$ a minute for otherwise I wouldve ended the call way before. Then at the end he recommended I use the rest of my time with one of the other zentith guys (who on their site charges half of what I paid by the way) expecting me to pay the full amount I spent on Thomas. Anyways I politely reached out to him explaining that I don't have a use for the rest of the hours and would like a refund, to which he just said he wont do offering no further explanation to than that. Honestly scummy behaviour in my opinion, heres the conversation:
