I think based on the skype logs, HUStaking people reneged on their deal and would lose arbitration.
At this point, I think you would be nuts to do business with either side of this debacle.
Fight fire with fire? make websites about how HUStaking are liars and scammers who refuse to uphold their agreements?

Um, from a legal stand point, staking or not staking, giving someone money and then wanting a percentage is a contract. They entered into a new contract via the Skype messages, does not matter if felt extorted. If the money was stolen, then the law should have become involved, but alas, that is not how staking works.
HOWEVER, Market feedback is important. If someone is reneging on the original contract, future stakers and fellow poker players need to know, that is what the forums are for. As to the website, the dude can always sue for libel (and then the court can decide), otherwise considered free speech until court decides otherwise.
Just my humble opinion.
