I wrote up a contract and my horse signed it, for 100k a hands, he played 90k and was in 90 buy in makeup then tried to say that he's not obliged to pay makeup back but he's quitting poker, is he allowed to do this?

no, chain him to a computer and force him to continue punting buyins. then when he is stuck 150 buy ins you can release him voluntarily.
