Of course Zachary is a "nice guy," that is how they trick victims into trusting them, and then blame the victim after. There's basically no chance this is the only time Zachary has stolen- it's just the only time he's been exposed on 2+2.

The truly unfortunate here is his fiance, Loretta Modica. She probably has no clue she's marrying a guy who pulls c-grade petty scams. Quite often this kind of relationship ends with the woman holding a heap of debt, ruined credit, and the guy taking off after the well has run dry.

Was this ever resolved? Entertaining yet infuriating read at times.

Refusing to pay somebody money you owe them, blocking them and refusing all contact so the victim goes public, therefore you should no longer owe money because your reputation has been tarnished has to be one of the most ridiculous arguments ever posted on the internet.

I had the same problem once.

This way before black friday though - I bought a brand new BMW at the local dealership. When the delivery day finally came, they had taken out the engine to deduct the taxes they have to pay on the sale of the car.
