I make a sample showing him some of the schedule , but IT is never finished because of lack of effort from HIS side, so nothing is ever signed whatsoever. No agreement is reached other then what is being played.

- He out of the blue decided to ship $300 and then a reload of $128 , MTTs with upto $16.50 is played with the backees money, he then states he does not feel comfortable anymore, and WANTS to END the deal.
- i agree, and want to ship him his remanining balance. Because of PS policy, i can't xfer or withdraw, but i give him the options of Neteller, Skrill or Western union.

- He goes nuts, verbally insulting me, wishing i was dead, calling me a ******. And refuses to Accept HIS money back. HIS interest is in no way resolving this, but creating a scene. HIS attitude is "my way or the highway"
- I have given him the options of either stop harrasing me, and wait for me to receive my salary so i can repay him in the amount that is on the balance, or post here, instead he will not post and keeps harrasing me so i will do IT myself.

- i have asked for HIS email, so i can have my lawyer contact him.

If he does not reply to this thread within a week, i will not chase IT any further.

I am willing to repay him, he refuses taking the payment.

I've been in Rozvadov and for some reason twoplustwo won't connect on here so I had to wait to post until I got to my laptop and go on my CPU at home via teamviewer.

Basically here are the facts and I have screenshots of everything. Not even sure how delusional this guy must be with trying to deny the fact that he's blatantly lying.

I sent him $300, then a $128 reload even though I was wondering why his Sharkscope results didn't match up with what he said he played. His Sharkscope says he's up $2.58 since the deal began. So as far as I'm concerned he owes me $429 and change. He refuses to give me an audit.

Want to say I back and have backed plenty of people and all of them will be able to say I'm always incredibly easy to work with. I have no idea why I even entered this deal or what I was thinking. Had I looked into it more, I wouldn't have, but it is what it is.

He got $428 total in transfers. I ended deal.

He said he couldn't transfer. I know how Stars works with their "available to cashout" policy and told him it didn't line up. So I started e-mailing Stars and they sent me this:

Here are things he's said on Skype to me since:

He will not give me an audit of his account to prove what he played. As far as I am concerned or anyone with half a brain would be concerned, he owes me $429 unless he can prove he played what he was allowed to while he was allowed to.

He won't show me a single e-mail he claimed to get from Stars saying he can't transfer.

I asked him if he has $220 (the amount he's claiming to have left) in his "Olempia" account, and he repeatedly refuses to answer the question.

He keeps bringing up how he's from Norway where they are sooo rich, and how his lawyer will contact me, and how he doesn't care about money and can buy me two times over. Yet he is being backed for $4 and $5 MTTs.

He claims to have Ripple and won't send me it. Another probable lie.

Oh yeah, he needs to wait for his salary to repay me even though he's rich enough to buy me two times over.

If this guy still has Marketplace approval after this, that's absolutely ridiculous IMO. If a mod wants the whole skype convo or even a video of me scrolling down the convo so I can prove it's real, I'll be glad to send them it.

There is always two sides to a story. Good to see he has come to his senses, but as you can see, he is clearly still stubborn and has no interest in resolving and getting his money back, he wants me banned.

We never had a formal agreement whatsoever- he sent a random guy money just like that, if i was a thieve i would of taken them there and then and left this guy. But, let's keep this factual.

1. By taking a quick look @my sharkscope it is very clear i have been playing the games for this guy.

This guy is a complete nightmare to work with. He threats people like utter ****, he expects you to double his investments within days. Has no sense of due diligence whatsoever, judging from his threads he never went to school, but i'll try to be subjective to the point instead of calling names like he does. Well, if it was that important, I'd think you'd report a post in the thread to make sure a mod saw it.

As for Marketplace Approval, I'm not sure what made you think he has it. He doesn't; never did.

I have been staked by chiefsfan17 for a longer period and had 0 issues. Met him irl too and can confirm he is not someone hard to work with, it was the opposite actually. We had a deal that included live mtts as well and everything went smoothly.

It's quite obvious that OP is avoiding sending a clear screenshot of the cashier. Considering this, staker's suspicions seem to be on point unless proven otherwise.

Even though there wasn't a formal contract, you had an informal written agreement and OP should honor his end of the deal and send screenshot/audit. Discussions regarding what needs to be sent back can continue after this has been done.

Neither party coming off especially well or likable here, and both parties seem to be ramping things up to a level really not necessary.

If you owe the money, pay the money no matter what a dick he may have been. It's the right thing to do. If you have proof you owe less, show the proof. Then move on.

I think he means the amount in dispute, as he seems willing to send back the $220.

And you're making it easy for him to ruin your reputation over $200. The "it's only $200" argument cuts both ways.

If you have no respect for, or trust in, him, what is his "guarantee" worth? He could say whatever he likes, get his money back, and then go back to the same behaviour. Not sure why he would once he has his money back, but if he plans to, his guarantee isn't likely to change anything.

If you owe him $429, send it to him. If you have proof that you don't, show that and send what you owe. Then move on.

And chiefsfan17, take a deep breath, go out for a walk, or something. From the bits of conversation I've seen here, it seems you're really good at escalating things - you might make some progress if you dialed it back a couple of notches.
