It sounds like he's saying that he originally created the WSOP Senior's event, or maybe it was just his idea, and thus he should have a say in where the proceeds go. He wants it to be a charity event, and the WSOP doesn't care what he thinks.

Seems like a pretty weak claim to be making. Was the Senior's event ever a charity event? I think it's lame how Caesar's gets all the tax benefit from One Drop, but I don't see a problem here.
