he aint dead, hes been playing on ipoker and party under a hidden username, and im not certain on this but i had heard stars gave him a 12 month ban for using a vpn from his pad in LA before moving to canada.

I know he has been playing a lot of 45man SNG on Stars.

I assume this means he is playing on his own and trying to grind a roll for MTTs.

Afaik he stole more money after the 10k ME scam and his "debt" is continually piling up with each new person he encounters in life.

I haven't had a staking relationship in about a year with Nick. Without going into too much detail, he basically was forced to go back to the states for a while for financial reasons and our stake ended.

We've had conversations occasionally about him coming back to playing online but I'm no longer backing players. A little while ago I was told he was playing online again and he contacted me to send me back his balance that was left on Stars.

Obviously the whole situation sucks for everyone involved. I will confirm in this thread when he sends me the balance from his PokerStars account hopefully sometime soon.

So for those keeping score at home, fish feed grinders, grinders feed backers, whatever's left is claimed by degeneracy and rake enjoyed by poker sites, some of which are also claimed by lobster degeneracy until all the money ends up at the coffers of Issai who of course uses it to pay off the DOJ and European governments interested in their take.

Since the site went live I've gotten a grip of feedback via the contact form, including reports from 11 other players that claim Nick ripped them off too. Some students, some business partners, some backers, some ex-friends, and one tennis teammate in college.

I didn't have the time or energy to vet or post any of them, but it seems safe to assume this wasn't an isolated incident.
