He's still a thief and a scammer, he's using their money to bankroll himself online as we speak. Traditionally staking arrangements give the stakers uh, you know, predetermined shares of the profit. So he's effectively stealing their shares of his profit after entering them into a staking arrangement they didn't agree to, and obviously if he hadn't been running good online in the last month it's a 100% fair assumption to say that no one would have gotten a penny. You can't steal money from someone, use it to gamble, win at said gambling, and then pay the person back and expect everything to be peachy again. The guy's dog**** and should be treated as such.

It isn't the website or mods fault. all you need is an e-mail and a proxy server to come in under to jam the mods radar. Hell I know 6 people who have been banned and just get a new e-mail to set up an account and log in thru proxy servers. There are only a few hundred thousand to use so they can't be blocked...

- My investment had nothing to do with 2+2, I invested OUTSIDE of the marketplace,
so resolving or speaking on my behalf is not that appropriate
- Nick has maintained contact with me the entire time. Very understandable
that if he hasn't got the $ to pay immediately , he will need time to get back grinding
in another country.
- He is doing that now,and paying back in chunks

Although i'm not defending what he has done, i'm saying the reaction wasn't very
helpful for any party, he did not disappear off the earth or avoid the situation
at any time,
any remarks you have to say to nick rainey are selfless and not related to the

Am about 99% sure I can confirm Nick Rainey is in Vancouver. I was playing at Edgewater Yesterday, and a guy who is either his exact twin or him himself walked in with another guy who were both rubbing/picking/snorting around their nostrils in that way only someone who has just snorted blow would do.
