I mean it is a pretty clear track of evidence from him listing his (legal) name and asking for money, giving a way to transfer it, and then leaving to another country with the money.
It may not be the most clean lawsuit in all history, and it doesn't have a perponderence of evidence, at least on the cover of it, but it is a starting point.
