NETELLER ACCT Limited functionality Your account has been temporarily disabled

I opened a new acct with neteller last month, got the acct verified and my broker paid $20,000 into the acct in tranches of $2,500. Immediately Neteller blocked my account and said it has limited functionality. For 2weeks now I have been calling and mailing them, all they say is we are performing security check.
Please has anybody experienced anything like this from neteller.
Please I need your advise on how to get it resolved.
