Warning - Matthew and Jacob Miller - likely scammers

brothers from St. Cloud, MN, who moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to play online poker. Maybe they also live in Vegas sometimes?

I don't know which one of them is on the Skype account at any given time. I believe I was talking with Jake. A few days ago we were doing a $500 BoA for Stars trade (we had done a few for $100 or $200 in the past few weeks,
which went fine). In general I don't send first, so as to be safe when doing trades.

After a few minutes (normal time for a small Stars transfer to be processed) the transfer still hadn't gone through, even though they insisted that it had. They then emailed me a faked Stars transfer confirmation email (as "proof" that they'd sent the Stars. The point was to get me to send BoA $ before receiving my friend's confirmation (which would never come)).

My friend in Mexico (lolplaid on 2+2, who helps me do trades involving Stars $) hadn't received the Stars $ or the confirmation email. I asked him to email Stars asking what's up, and Stars responded after a few hours saying that no transfer had ever been sent. I didn't send the BoA and didn't hear anything back on Skype from Matt/Jake until today.

I don't know anything about these guys from a poker perspective. Judging from the Twitter pics it seems likely that they live an expensive lifestyle. Perhaps that's a reason for their being short on cash. Anyway, this is a warning to the community not to do business with these guys, and to be safe. And please report if you have similar stories or experiences with them.

just to clarify, I did not ask for this to be posted and am pretty unhappy that my name and the trivial amount of money Rich owes me have been mentioned. Rich is an old friend of mine, we transferred thousands back and forth over the years and I paid the $100 on his behalf once it became clear that he was having "problems" repaying it. At this point I guess I write off the money he owes me, but it was my choice to stand it and I'd rather have done so privately.

That being said I do agree that any potential backers or other poker contacts ought to be made aware of the fact that richlynx should not be staked at this time.

I dont think its any bad reflection on u tho LO, fwiw rich was a super nice guy so maybe he is ill or has personal dramas, but im sure he's not that dead he cant log into skype to eplain his situation.

After this package was put up, Corey had issues with traffic and getting his money on the site. I didn't think too much of it, so I added him on Skype and requested updates in a normal fashion.
He informed me that he turned a small loss, but that he's not able to play due to short term travel. A package for 1 week turned into 3 weeks without any considerable amount of volume being played.
I informed Corey, I didn't want to extend this deal any longer. I wanted my money back minus the losses.

Every now and then Corey comes online on Skype, but he doesn't respond to my messages. So I see no other option then to post this.
Last update I received was on the 26th of June :

hey Dylan, just keeping you updated: I processed a cashout from carbon for your amount ($68.46). When it arrives, I will cash the check and then PayPal you the money. I assume it might take a week or two, given Carbon's processing history (from what I've read on 2+2). Just bare with me, I will continue to be here if you have any questions or anything of the sort.

Corey, if you're reading this. All I ask for is an answer. I don't expect the money immediatly. I just want to know what I can expect. It's a sad amount of money to lose energy to, so I hope you'll turn around soon and give me and the other investor some words sooner than later.

I would be the other investor involved in this transaction and like Dylan said above, we have been more then patient with Corey in allowing him the time needed to get set up with his account troubles, then for the responsibilities in his life.

I sent Corey a message on June 30 asking for my investment back.

Again Dylan and I recently tried contacting him by PM and neither of us have heard back from him. Dylan tried to contact him by skype but has now been blocked. It's a shame that we have to go to these types of lengths to retrieve a small investment, and that we would be ignored when we've been so patient waiting for him to get his account issues settled with the site as well as attend to his commitments he had in his life. All we asked in return was to be updated regularly on what was happening.

Guy just approached us for a stake. Thank you for posting.

He offered to unblock tracking sites again, but has not yet. he is playing on pstars often, and i will update this thread after he has unblocked track-sites and responds.

For now, do not stake. $950 outstanding

kadim hudson has had a change of mind and says there is nothing legally i can do to him, and he will not unblock tracking sites. He also says im lucky if i see the money at all, but that he feels bad so he will, someday. So it is clear he is delusional as he broke every rule in his contract, which, as stated in his contract, makes him liable for Make-Up. He has said that he will send when he "binks something, someday".

Freshteeth was strongly and persistently vouched for by a reg member of 2p2 before i took him on. Unfortunate that this can happen despite a "solid vouch".

So i offered him to send me a pokerstars audit, for transparency and trust, which is not public. will update if audit is received, but really no excuse for not sending the audit upon request.

This guy is using my real life data to scam people. He just replaced his own address with mine in a picture editor. If you look at the picture closely, you will see pixels from picture compression between the lines of the "address space".

I can prove that I am not the scammer. Everybody who is involved: please feel free to contact me.

You can post itt your proof, as alot of ppl where scammed by this bedboy00. I received email from you today,

Is there any Moderator who has a contact at POkerstars to verify the account bedboy00 does not belong to this guy? Not to give out confidential information, but just to verify he is NOT the registered user of account bedboy00 scammer.

- I looked at your account and there was a "send e-mail" function. Not sure why i could do this. PM's are still disabled.
- I already contacted pokerstars and they replied that they can't do anything because it happened outside of pokerstars
- I don't know how a picture of my ID could proof that I am not the scammer!?
- If pokerstars could confirm bedboy00 does not belong to me, that will be a proof

I tried to contact bedboy00 via skype and pokerstrategy PM but he did not answer yet.

If you have personal information about him, please give it to me.

bedboy00 scammed K_2 and his partners in April under yet another 2p2 account. The Nico Kolic name appears a few posts later.

Definitely goto police, they may be able to comunicate with pstars, or help u with pursuing this legally.

Your email said u can prove u r not the scammer, so i just suggested u post itt rather than pm, or post to a Moderator on 2p2. and i suggested video(or live feed) with you holding ur pic id next to you as an example, but whtever u have in mind to prove it is anticipated

A good friend, which is still very active in poker / stakings (i am not) inboxed me yesterday. He had seen a scammer list on google docs where my real name is related to bedboy00, including a note that the scam happened on 2plus2.

this whole case sucks so much.
