Also, he has a different FTP name listed there.

I'll take a look though
Didn't respond to my PM. I'm going to ban him in 24 hours unless you object.

Thanks

2+2 Username: Moro84
Name: Pawel Morawski
Stars: moro84
email: morawski84@op.pl

Ended stake due to consistent losses and found out that player was buying bonuses, mtt entries etc with fpps and then failing to add these profits to total winnings even though the stake explicitly included splitting these bonuses as winnings.

Can provide skype chats with player admitting to withdrawing fpp bonuses that were part of stake even though he was deep in makeup.

Lost around $600 to the above.

In agreement there were ro points, One about splitting profits and second one below abour RB, so according to this agreement there was profrit from stake and rakeback (no on told me that rakeback should be put in makeup).

Two weaks ago I withdraw bonus money from buying it for FPP which were splitted 50/50 (yours as we agreead I used to enter SM on stars). You know about it and was fine and sudennly when decided to end stake you called me thief for that. When told yday the stake will be terminated I was still playing SM and manage to win 516 from which I send 60% (as stake agreement said) plus rest of stake. As we talk on skype he said I should also give back money they invested in me for coaching.

I get you were in loses with me but i quess it's business risk. You build stake contract in such manner that RB was apart from profits and didnt tell that so don't call me thief. If I was supose to cheat why would I send you 60% money from MTT

Pawel, you were clearly told at the start that ALL income into the account is factored into profit and loss and that only actual profit is split. I.E, you are down 500, you get a 300 bonus, then the entire 300 goes back to the account to help cover the loss. This is a normal staking agreement. What about splitting profits only do you no understand?

No, I did not say you owed money for coaching! I did tell you that we had provided coaching that would otherwise have cost you around $300 to help you see sense before I realised that you were simply intent on scamming and therefore were not interested in sense.

No, I did not 'suddenly' end contract. The contract had ended and you had lost consistently for the month and needed more makeup. So I choose not to offer to renew it.

We provided you with bankroll, makeup and great coaching, and you never once made a penny, in fact we lost $600. And all the time it turns out you were withdrawing a cut of bonus money. Great way to treat people who were decent enough to give you a chance. Even if you had added bonus money to the account as agreed you would still have been a losing stake. That part I am willing to take on the chin, should never have staked you in the first place. But withdrawing money that was not yours to withdraw is all on you.

You are a scammer and a thief. End of story.

staked dawade for 6.50 45 man sngs.

he was playing 1c/2c plo the first night we gave him money (which wasnt allowed) we asked him to stop, he didnt.

he sent the money back, but def has no respect for backers. I would not ever think about staking him.

he has paid me back.

he said his account was hacked etc., but he was still out of contact with me for a long time and i just got my money back a week ago.

It's one thing when an 18 year old runs off with a stake, but you really have to be a huge loser IRL to run off with a $200 stake at 32 years old

removed his marketplace approval pending his answer to a PM I'll be sending shortly for him to reply to this accusation.

also whenever things like this are posted it would be nice (when possible) to have a link pointing at where the deal originated.

yeah thanks. it just makes sense for us not to have to hunt thru the posts of one or both of the people involved trying to see how it came about. more time saved means more banhammering that can happen.

Awesome news !

Alterran currently playing 16t 9 mans on Stars

After reporting the multiple accounts to Stars and the theft.

After admitting ITT he was using 2 accounts on stars.

After informing Stars he was using a 2nd account to get staked

Stars are aware of all details and linked to this thread

Didn't expect to see the money again, but his account is ok? I thought he'd at least get banned, hopefully unable to cashout the scammed funds.

FU Stars, srsly

I've always thought highly of Stars support, but this makes my head spin.

Anyone else had similar experiences?

Excuse the double post tilt but to clarify why I'm mad:

We could've gone along with the guy and maybe seen some $$ back. We basically lost money adhering to stars TOS, or at least taking steps to ensure that our stakee did.

Would a ZOO thread help at all? I can take a bit of abuse if it helps the community/clarifies Stars stance on this.

Like to hear everyone's thoughts on the issue, or possible explanations.

To be blunt, Stars basically never cares/gets involved in staking disputes regardless of how ironclad something looks. Their answer will be something along the lines of they can only take action if play on the table is fraudulent or to reclaim fraudulent deposits they have to cover.
Their transfer feature is only in place to generate rake.

Though I see what you're saying Apefish, stars support has taken action in the past against people reported to them for scamming, as seen in this thread, so it's at least worth trying.

well that's strange because it's the only time I've heard of something like that happening at Stars.

Bren you may want to point Stars to that instance and ask what was different in that case.

Thanks for the link, I've emailed stars again with my concerns so I guess we'll see what happens.
