I think I get where you are coming from, but your resolution is kind of like "It's ok you free rolled me like a b**** " just send me a little bit of cash".

In the end any proposal put to him is going to fail. It's pretty obvious that he's just going to do what he feels like and find a reason for it afterwards.

Once the money moved to the second account, (and I'm 95% sure it has) I became pretty confident that we got rolled.

I wouldn't put to much stock in anything he's said ITT, through blocking scope and changing accounts he's able to say the BR is whatever he wants with no way to confirm.

Sorry bren and zima, I hope you realise that is 100% not the message I want to advocate and i don't think my post really articulated this well. As i pm'd zima, the chance of you receiving any of the money back from this guy appears to be practically zero, I was just trying to open doors for the possibility of at least receiving some of your money back (and then whence that occurred, going all out after the rest with what ever means possible).

What I meant was, you are his employer, and he's your employee, so he MUST obey by your rules, or else whatever agreement you had with the horse is void..PERIOD.

I've been scammed as well several times, and it's not the loss of money that bothers me, it's a basic principle these kids don't understand..you owe -- you pay..PERIOD.

I was victim of a scam.
The name of the scammer on 2+2 is ChristerB.
We agreed on a deal on MSN ( his address is christerbergstrom85@hotmail.com ) after some posts on 2+2's marketplace.
We were supposed to trade 495$ from fulltilt to pokerstars.
I sent him the first half, but then he said to me that he made the transfer but that it was pending (it was like 6 hours ago).
He disconnected from MSN, and even after I sent him a few messages on tables he was playing on (his screenname on FTP is Hajj1 ), he ignored me...
Pretty lame!

1) 2+2 screen name. Pro147

2) Poker site name(s). Please. Pro147

3) AOL IM, emails, city, etc. Phone numbers, street addresses, and similar info is not permitted. Contact a mod about special circumstances. pro147@hotmail.co.uk MSN name and email

4) A reasonably brief summary of the problem. No walls of text please, link to the thread if you like. Sent him money to stake he seemed to be on board a while then started playing PLO and blew the roll. He disappeared and doesn't reply to emails.

1) Personal friend does not have a 2+2 name Name is Matthew Bellamy

2) Poker name Matgafan620 on PS

3) Don't know email

4) Was already in makeup and when I had picked him back up he started playing 50$ DONs under the stake that he was suppose to stick with 12s and below. Again dodges calls text messages and all and has disappeared. Great friend.
