I'm literally itching to go to the police here in London with all the info we can gather on this guy, luckily here in the UK (and particularly the London MET) they take this kind of stuff pretty seriously.

I think Joshua believes what he is doing has little legal comebacks, it's not at all outside the realms of possibility that we can get him some considerable jail time for this and it's about time one of the black marks on poker faced the consequences of his actions.

hi guys, thought id post to own up to everything and let you know whats been going on.

ive been paying back the scam I did on "darkeonz" which was 2k (euros) - so far ive paid back 1.3k i believe.

My rent was very high and all my money online i was using to pay back the stake i had to take off to pay rent, hence why i sort another stake from the above people.

this was to legitimately play, not to steal, i just wanted to pay back what i had done wrong, so i can put this all behind me.

i understand what i have done is completely unacceptable, and by constantly trying to pay off the original damage, and getting myself into worse situations over and over again.

Darkeonz will be paid the rest of his money as soon as i can get it, and then i will go back to ITSOVER9000 and pay him back.

Can i say that ive never actually "scammed" in terms of stealing money and running. I just busted stakes or played outside the staking terms.

I would be a rich rich man in that case, however i am flat broke.

I wont be applying for anymore stakes under any other alias's or anything to do so, and will find a way to pay off everyone I have damaged, even if it takes a long time.

This isnt a quick apology because you've mentioned any of the above, i think its just time to issue an apology instead of constantly dodging you guys and thinking everything is ok.

its time to man up to my problems and i will try rectify everything i have done.

Never actually "scammed" anyone, yet you admit to applying for stakes using different identities and copies of someone else's passport. Unfortunately people like you don't actually feel you are doing anything wrong, and that's why someone has to be brought to account for this, if only to act as a deterrent to others copying you in the future.

Just want to call bull**** on this nugget, since you seem to have ignored the teamviewer scamming you pulled on the mid/highstakes plo players a few months back.

Hi Josh, we have actual information from the sites (note, that is plural) of your criminal schemes (again note that is plural) such as when you got stake money to your account A and then chip dumped it to your account B.

The last account of yours I banned posted a graph of someone elses results looking to get staking. But of course nothing criminal about fraudulently representing your credentials. Just ask your last employers.

Anyway, this drivel post by you is standard operating practise when you get called out in public to try and make the heat die down. There's the same style in BBV where you get annihilated and your dad finds out you are a low life thief from.... is it 2009?

If OutOut wants to go to the police about you (and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this is long overdue) then there's more than enough evidence to get them investigating.

The problem is that you were still trying to solicit a stake claiming to be James Farmer as recently as yesterday, so your apology really is nothing but a waste of bandwidth. Me going to the police isn't an empty threat, the wheels are already in motion and I am personally determined to see this pushed through to the bitter end. Aswell as facing legal action yourself, you have now implicated a number of other people including Peter Le Hegarat and James Farmer, so will also have to face the personal consequences of that.

JLM, you posted your skype/messenger info, so continue to keep in touch via those means to pay people back. There's no reason why you should be allowed to post on this site (especially in bbv, etc) until then.

FYI, Josh has been informed, multiple times, that losing stakes whilst doing any of the following:

-lying about who you are
-lying about graphs you send
-lying about your results
-playing beyond the terms of the stake
-chipdumping the stake
-busting the stake and never agreeing to discharge makeup

is all scamming.

We started him with a $400 bankroll, reloaded him $300. His reporting was always inconsistent and about 3 weeks ago he stopped replying to emails and has not been heard from since even though he still posts on his facebook.

Odd choice for someone who was proud to be part of the small Stud player culture, but I suppose $300 will change how some people handle life at times.

He started with an initial roll of $300, which we sent to him on 9/25/11. He was originally staked back in July for the same amount for $20 HUSNGs.

He declared an end to the stake stake with a $131 account balance stating that he doesn't have any confidence in his game after taking the break. He also indicated he had no money.

He did send back the $131, but safe to say we would advise against staking a player who would do this without discussing on his part how to handle the $169 in makeup.

kalleaka33333 on 2p2, legolas on Stars. I had a bad vibe about him but still staked him. He ran of with $150 ten minutes later.

I play on the merge network, the only merge skin I have played any actually tournies is rpm as ridgewarrior Ive played about 4k tournies or so, carbon I just made a account there when they opened back up to US and I made the name ridgewarrior1984, thats my name on carbon not ridgewarrior. I know I seem like the ideal person to fit this scammer given my past at ptp, but this is 100% not me. anything I can do to help or show my actual account to anyone on mikogo feel free to pm me and I can do that for you. numerous people can back me up on this. hoppefully you find the person or persons responsible.

Verified - Rainbow Warrior - - - ridgewarrior on Carbon (and most other sites) belongs to 2+2's ridgewarrior and not scammer fatboy1.
The confusion resulted from fatboy1 TWICE lying and claiming this account was the one he would send from after receiving.

The Chanceless account wasn't his. It had rakeback so he used it for a while. The gmail adres is linked to the ftp accounted, but he changed that. I know he is still owning 3 other people a bunch of money.
