^^^ You know, when you PM'd me I figured you'd have given the guy more than 20 whole hours to respond to your last message. He was assisting you in the other thread yet you made it sound as if he just vanished on you. The guy even went back to the store to get you set right. Add to that the fact that you're in Canada when he specified in the OP that the card only works in the US. Your handling of this is one of the reasons many aren't comfortable doing business with new posters. The guy went above and beyond to help you out, and none of it was his fault.

You're fortunate I'm not a mod here anymore, because you probably wouldn't be doing any more transactions if I were.

Wooow, i finally found someone else. This guy "sleivhendt" I was supposed to trade 8 months ago with, sent him 125 on Stars and never got my 125 on FTP, his AIM name is Daxivo2009 and he never responded to my IM's with me asking what the hell was going on. I recently staked PEWWWW / Hustlenomics for 45man sng..
He went on a pretty bad downswing(fair enough), went out of touch for a 10-12days time before he proceeded to blow the rest of the roll on higher buyin MTTs

He is looking for a new stake in the staking forum so hopefully he'll come in here and explain himself.

Wow this is very frustrating. I had not received any contact or info from bannanguard whatsoever. Its very frustrating that someone can come here and just slander your name like that.

We started a 2 week 500 dollar stake on 11/4/2009 . 50/50 Profit/split all FPP's go to me. I started to run absolutly terrible and went on a bad downswing.

During this same downswing my computer had problems and it crashed while i was playing 15 or so tables. I blinded out in all of these games and money was lost. So, to show my good faith I used my FPP's and converted $120 and added it to the account.

(Later I find out that the value of the tournaments that I was in was $101)

Then i continued to go on a terrible downswing until the account was busted. I did not play and did not do anything for like he said 10 days. The stake was scheduled to end 11/18 and he had not contacted me in days.

He never contacted me to restake or anything. I just assumed that the two weeks were over and that the stake was lost.

Then fast forward to now (11/20) , stars finally refunds me $101 dollars for the tournaments that were effected by my computer crash. Keeping in mind that I added $120 of my own money originally to show good faith.

disconnection during this tournament. Your issues seem to have been local to
your computer or Internet Service Provider (ISP); otherwise many players
would have been disconnected, and that was not the case.

The stake is over, its been over 2 weeks from the begining, I added $120 of my own money, and stars refunds me $101.

In my mind this money is mine, I gave $120 of my own money in TD's.

I take that $101 and try to play in some big tournaments to robusto my account and lose it.

The money that was lost from the disconnect was replaced by me, therefor I took the $101 as reinbursement.

Its not my fault that I ran bad. It was my fault that the computer crashed. I replaced the money right away. I did everything straight shooting as possible.

It makes me very angry that he made no attempts of contacting me before posting in this thread.

He just assumed that because I was playing tournaments, I must had been playing with his money. Which was not the case. Please remove.

If its necessary I can e-mail stars and post all of my tournament results.

Id like to clear this up i realized that a good reputation on 2+2 is worth more then the 60ish dollars that i rolled him for. i contacted him and will have him post when everything is squared up

No contact info? You had my AIM and its where we figured out the staking details before we started the first stake on the 26th October. The first 500$ didnt last long, granted you ran like utter ****. We had a chat on AIM and i hooked you up with another 500$ on the 4th nov and since then I ive only seen you online on AIM once.
Thats when we talked about your computer issues and agreed that you would add the cash you got from your FPPs and potentially if you got any refunds from Stars to help recover the roll by playing the normal 6$ SNGS, not high buyin MTTs.

I hardly use AIM. I've been on here daily and have received no PM's or contact. 100 BI downswings happen, I was playing the 12 45 Mans.

The stake was 2 weeks and it was over. I replaced $120 for when i got disconnected. Stars only reimbursed me $101.

The deal was 2 weeks no make-up. 50/50 with FPPs to me.

Its not like i borrowed 500 from you and lost it and am not paying you back. Staking is an investment. I ran bad and the investment was lost.

The $101 is my money and you have no right to tell me what to do with it.

I dont care about the money, but I thought we agreed upon that you would use both the cash from FPPs and reinbursement to recover the roll after the computer issues.
I dont have any experience from staking, but I would think it would be nice if you atleast contacted me about going busto again and if you could get another refill instead of just going dark. Im both on these forums and AIM 8hours a day while im at university and for several hours in the evening and last time I saw you online on AIM was 8th of November.
But whatever I rest my case

He said he was going to be gone for a few days (2-3) doing family stuff, but has been out of contact for about 13 days now.

I have staked him on and off over the past 6 months, and never had a problem.

I am not sure yet if he outright scammed me, but wanted to just get his name out there if he has.

He just emailed me last night saying a friend went on his name and played cash games to busto the account. He said he is trying to find money to put online to pay me back.

Yeah can Grotan be banned already dude is a scammer.

I'm willing to take action on it if I have more than an accusation. I'll see if Bobo recalls any more or Rushton14 can send me any extra info.

Received a total stake of $1100 ($400 on stars, 400 euros on entraction). Vanished for a few days then came back and reported a small profit. Then vanished again and will not respond to any contact at all. He has been playing cashgames with the stake money (was staked for MTTS). It is obvious from the total lack of contact, and from the fact that he has ignored all messages that he is yet another scammer.

I will happily provide address in the Netherlands, phone number, and any other details that anyone requests.
