We signed Sebastian Wagner under contract and sent him funds on October 19, 2022.

In December after a few days without play not updating his BRs, we got in touch to see if everything was alright.

Someone replied claiming that it was his girlfriend and that Sebastian Wagner had been in a serious car accident and was admitted to the hospital.

We wished him well, a speedy recovery and asked which hospital Sebastian was admitted to send him flowers and well wishes. Sebastian's "girlfriend" said that he was going to be transferred and that she would bring news. After a few days without news, we contacted him again and the condition had worsened, requiring emergency surgery, we asked again for the location and were not answered for several days.

We think it's likely that Sebastian was never in a car accident and stole the funds that he had. Especially since there was prior negative feedback with a similar type of disappearence:

Has not been in touch since april. Admitidly no more attempts were made by my side to recoup the money, because it was his responsibility to do so (if claiming his games since my post were still on stake, as he seems to do, it would have been his duty to send me an update about $ amounts on the sites after each session, which of course never happened).
Even if it was a genuine mistake (it was not), he still should have money of mine in his accounts (for example on WPN, the last update I received was $83 to be in the account - there was one session after, without losing this amount). The same applies to Partypoker (BR $103, only $24 lost after). I also would have known if I would have backed specific games that were played ($0.10 Blast SNGs on 888 were definitely not some of them).

The behaviour shown ITT, everyone can judge for themselves, and I also feel everything is said in this matter. In the surprising event something ever moves forward, I will of course update.

We signed Jonatan Honrubia Jimenez under contract and sent him funds on May 27, 2022.

We got off to a productive and profitable start, including adding Jonatan as a of coach for low stakes CG players after a few months.

In November 21, 2022 Jonatan Honrubia Jimenez played the CNP888 €1.1k Main Event for us and finished 3rd earning €46k. After the win Jonatan's communication became very sporadic. At first he claimed he was talking to a tax advisor, then he claimed he was away for a few weeks for Christmas, but later admitted he was "playing live for weeks" instead.

On December 28, Jonatan Honrubia claimed he doesn't have any Spanish bank accounts and would send us the funds on January 18th when he got to Ireland. He's refused to even send us the funds he had in his online accounts prior to November 21st saying he cashed them out because he was playing live.

He additionally violated our contract as it is exclusive for ALL his play, and he did not ask us about playing live poker over the prior few weeks.

After checking Sharkscope, we found Roberto had played hundreds of spins since joining us. We explained to Roberto that we need to check all sites' audits to ensure no Pocarr funds were lost. Roberto sent the Pokerstars audit, and it showed that, along with spins, he'd also been playing cash games. After pointing this out, we asked Roberto to return all cash on hand while we figure everything out. Since then, he has yet to respond or return any funds.

He is still playing with our funds as of yesterday, according to Sharkscope, and not replying to any communication attempts.

Roberto owes $4,100.

In January 2021, Marko chose to part ways and set up a repayment plan for Makeup, and we agreed. He initially did work for Pocarr to pay off part of his debt. After a few months, he discontinued this work.

In April 2022, Marko informed us that he'd started working and would set up a repayment plan, but no plan was set up. In July 2022, he said he could send us a EUR bank transfer. We sent him our details, but no transfer was made. In September 2022, he offered to send an amount in ETH. We provided our address, but again, Marko made no transfer.

Since November 2022, Marko has not responded to emails and Skype messages.

Marko owes $2,386.

I agreed to stake and coach player from New Jersey for 0.5/1 and 1/2 PLO online cash games in the very beginning of December. He made it seem like he had lots of experience, and agreed to committing to put in a bare minimum of 15 hours per week of playing. On December 21st, after only playing a couple hundred hands in 3 weeks, he apologized for not putting in much volume, and he said he was ready to put in more for the remainder of the month, which he did not. He played a total of fewer than 1000 hands in the entire month of December, and lost a little over $2k. I told him to reach out to schedule a coaching session as soon as he had played 5k hands, which he promised would be "soon". I also made it clear I needed to see more volume in January, and also that he needed to stick to the preflop ranges I gave him, both of which he promised he would do.

Then, in all of January, he played even fewer hands than December, putting in less than one hour per week (absurdly less than the 15 hr/week promise), not playing anywhere near the preflop ranges I gave him, and lost another $900.

Of course since he misled me about the amount of time he agreed to play, and his commitment to the game, not to mention his skill/experience, I had to cut him and not risk him losing more of my money. He is clearly not a winning player and can't even make time for receiving coaching. Since he did not hold up his end of the contract or anywhere near it, I offered to let him pay back only $1415, which is half of the $2830 he owes. He flat-out refused even though I offered to work out a payment plan, and he was rude and arrogant about it.

I should have noticed some red flags, like: he requested to begin the stake at 3/6 (luckily I "only" started him at 1/2), despite him not even being able to play microstakes on his own roll on any site for a recent hand sample. He also firmly has a fixed mindset as opposed to a growth mindset, and refuses to take responsibility for his actions, both of which I should have seen sooner, and neither of which are conducive to success in poker.

Imawhale backed Ethan for online MTTs for a few months in late 2022 and early 2023. He played very little volume, and we ended the stake early on in the relationship when it was clear he wasn't going to come close to meeting volume requirements. Upon ending the stake, we learned he had a bunch of unreported losses. This wasn't ideal, but we were fine eating the unreported losses and moving on. However, in the month that has past, he still has not returned his remaining bankroll and now has gone completely MIA and won't reply to any email/text/messenger.

Definitely avoid any sort of financial transaction with Ethan.

Jeffrey signed a contract with PokerDetox for online MTTs in mid 2022 and decided to run away with our balances, hide his nicknames from SharkScope and avoided any communication with us trying to get at least staking money back. Since very beginning he was offering all sort of excuses for his low volume (travelling, moving houses). He also deleted his discord account as another act of avoidance.

Aproximate figure of his theft is few thousands he held for playing on poker accounts.

We are also going to be filling a lawsuit for stolen funds and breach of legal contract unless Jeffrey will contact us in next 30 days
