We signed Javier Trilles under contract and sent him funds on February 27, 2022.

After a few weeks with no problems, Javier Trilles was absent for a few days and returned saying that his brother had withdrawn money from his bank accounts and then withdrew that money from the bank accounts for his own use.

Javier Trilles says there was still some money in the accounts. We asked for the funds back to calculate the losses and figure out the next steps. Instead of returning the remaining funds Javier Trilles continued to play with them and refused to send reports and update bankroll.

Our working assumption is that the player stole the majority of funds in his possession and used to remainder to play on his own.

Javier owes us $1.8k

Player played about 5months for the stable and after busting d2 of some 55$ series event decide to gamble off with hypers HU SNGs of 300$ 100$ and he was playing a low tier up to 22$
and was allowed to register on the 55$ series event.

he said he was on drugs.

A new (not fortunate) update on this

I continued the staking deal with ProKatana / Ionut Alexandru Catana from Brasov, Romania, after the post below (who knows if I would have gotten my money back anyways, looking back).

He updated the roll (somewhat) regulary and played the agreed games for the most part (I had let the very few $2 Spins he played slip a little because things seemed to go to the right direction)

By time my 300€ initially sent went up to $603 (this is the last update I received, and it also somewhat matches with sharkscope (due to rebuys sharkscope wasn't of use to track it 100% correctly))

I asked for a profit chop (1 week ago) of $300 (60/40 his favor which is the default I offer) and there was still communication first, but now the player has gone pretty much completely MIA, despite having played as recently as yesterday (Satellites to Sunday Storm, which are not included in the stake). If he is genuine I wonder since when doing a Skrill transfer takes 1 week to do.

In the meantime I would advise everyone not doing any business with him. If this is ever fixed, I will update of course.

I also have his facebook and also screenshoted about 20 of his closest contacts to contact if he decides to block me, if needed (also willing to share them if anyone has any undisputed issue and just did not post it, which I would not be totally surprised of anymore by now).

I am still somewhat in hopes because he seemed like a good person before this incident, but don't they all...

I will take this money to learn a lesson I guess.

In total, discounting his (rightful) share of profit, $421 is owed.

Few years ago he messaged me on skype to say he's a changed man and can I take this down. Of course I did not, for the simple reason I know this guy is not changing any time soon. Randomly on April 2nd this year he sent me a abusive message, which I just ignored.

After we had questions about a recent audit discrepancy, Franck admitted taking ~$6.3k for personal use. We also previously asked him about playing on apps for himself which he denied but later admitted. We've had smaller issues in the past between $100 and $600 which he could not explain and were added to makeup at the time.

We have decided to part ways with Franck. His makeup was $70k at the time of taking this $6k.

Patrick had a profit chop, then stopped updating his rail. We noticed in his last session that he had played SNGs, Spins, and an MTT that he was not permitted to play. When we asked him about this, he said while half asleep he allowed his high-stakes drunk friend to play on his poker accounts. At this point we paused the stake until we sorted out exactly what happened and accounted for all funds. We then noticed a discrepancy in the audit larger than the amount his friend lost. After asking for cash game history audits, Patrick admitted to playing cash games with Pocarr funds. He said that his previous backer allowed him to play a few cash tables on the side at the end of his sessions and assumed it was ok.

We have decided to part ways with Patrick. Patrick owes $3820.89

yeah i have to agree to what he said. i did a huge mistake. it was a bit different though, my "friend" lost 2k in the last session on gg... i wasnt grinding cash every single time, no, it maybe was 2 or 3 times in total. but also stupid.. and then when i admitted to that mistake i did, i offered immediately to do a zoom call, or TV and we see what i messed up. because i also had my own funds in there to some extend. and then i lost track of everything, and yeah.. in the end it was chaos and from actually being decently up in mtts, playing cg was the most stupidest thing i ever did and i really ****ed up a huge opportunity right there. Also to let my "friend" play, was idiotic and i learned of it.
i also told them (pocarr) in the end that im obv going to pay for every single $ i lost. but i dont know about the sum you wrote there.. thats why i also was asking about a zoomcall so we can check every site in depth and see what was really going on. but you only wanted me making screenshots of it. but yeah. still was very stupid by myself and i wish i wouldnt have thrown that opportunity away like that...

An extremely dishonest person. He played several tournaments during the period and refused to pay the difference between EV and netwon. The amount of debt is quite small ($114) but I was stunned his impudence and words that he won't send any money. We don't advise anyone to deal with him

I may or may not add more info in the future.

I staked the player for about 8 months without any problems.

One day to the other he disappeared without any notice. 1 months later, I got an email by him stating he needed time off due to gambling/alcohol issues. Wheter the funds went to these issues or not is still unknown to me. We had a chat on Discord after his email and he played a few tourneys after, but has gone completely MIA again since (about 1 month now) and also has not played since. I did not worry about the funds at the time and still have hope it resolves eventually due to high reliability before that point, but this post is to warn potential backers if I am wrong and if he may seek staking somewhere else (which is not impossible obviously).

Amount owed, if so, is $891 (total MU), of which $485 were in accounts as of last update.

One more and probably last update about this - after some time Prokatana on Pokerstars alias Ionut Alexandru Catana from Borosov/Romania had kept contacting me promising to pay back after I wanted to end the stake.

First he told me he can't send me the money because he was on Vacation (despite playing the sunday storm anniversary and multiple sats to it, ensuring he had internet access) and he would send me the money when he returns.
A week after he sent me a fishy screenshot, him telling me that his account is blocked (and he doesn't know why that happened). At the top of the screen it even showed him being logged in. Since I pointed that out, I never heard from him again.

Definately by far the most delusional person I ever had to deal with, and wheter it's money related or something else, I would advise not to deal with him.

From where i can see we didnt reach an agreement, maybe its a just a misscomunication problem.
You guys made me a trial with 10usd so i could play 0.55 to 1.65 usd tournaments. In any momento we discussed about winnings or losses. More so, yo guys told me that the 10usd where a gift for being in the pre selection. Clearly you guys have terrible ethics when it comes to money and the way you work. I just felt disgusted when players of cardroom told me i would be ghosted every tournament when there where 25 people left. You should have told me that the winnings would be Split before we start a deal, but know, you waited for me to profit 200$ and then, you just went crazy.
You have my phone, you can contact me any time to settle this.
PS: You should be the one getting negative feedback for ghosting.
