I staked him on a private site and told him he wasn't allowed to chat people and give away that he is a reg, he exposed he is a reg quickly with his ego in chat and I wanted him to send back $ and not do business. We would like to inform you about a player with whom you should never cooperate. His name is Santiago Guitart. His nickname: Santy312 - PokerStars.COM/ PokerStars.ES / Partypoker / ACR / Winamax / GGpoker. He owes us 6,664 euros.
From 08/28/2019 to 01/06/2020, we provided backing to this player. During this period, his make-up grew to 6,664 euros, but when we told him to lower the limits until he won back his make-up, he refused and stopped communicating.
The terms were accepted by both parties and were fully respected by the company.
We didnÂ’t break the contract by telling him to play less. The contract allows this, everything was spelled out and agreed upon.
We also offered him a profitable refund method, which assumed that Santiago would give 600 euros per month for 10 months. But he ignored all our requests and disappeared.

We have been working with Owen Currie since September 4, 2019. In October, Owen Currie told us he wanted to "quit" and find a job. He had significant existing makeup, we told him he could return funds, but that we wanted to continue backing him and he couldn't play on his own without taking care of the makeup.

Currie returned the funds that were in his account.

After few days we noticed that he was playing poker still (with his own funds) but his contract is still in effect and he owe us the makeup. Hey all I'm looking for help, a well known backer as took advantage of me i have asked for accounting but don't have it. He's blocked me I can prove through whatsapp and skype contact that he has lied about things. Im quite vulnerable and incapable of understanding the accounting and he knew this.. We made good money together but things didnt add up so i stopped doing business with him cos of this. On the final withdrawal he tried to recut the stake which he claimed was a accident. RB numbers he was giving were not right. I have proof where he said we used different agents and is waiting for data which sounds like **** to me, surly he should of already done accounting for himself. Anyway when i asked again for the data he said he gave me everything and blocked me on skype to... I really dont know what to do i have mental health issues and lack confidence in this sort of stuff. I can pay for time. I dont care about the money i just want him to be exposed and to prevent other vulnerable like myself being treated like this. Even if he gives me the accounting i dont understand it and he knows this.. Im known to some in the PC who can vouch for me but didnt want to mention this until i get to the bottom of it.

Not a full-on negative feedback, but some information for the staking community to use or not use as they see fit.

After agreeing a stake deal and loan deal (2 separate deals to run concurrently) with I AmLegend11 we have stopped the staking deal. Of course, the make-up from the staking deal is forgiven, as should always be the case in these situations.

We gave I AmLegend11 a couple of months to find his feet and initiate some loan repayments, which would be totally fine to be tailored in line with playing results. However, no payments have been made and I AmLegend11 whilst acknowledging the debt, is not able or willing to commit to any repayment whatsoever for the foreseeable future.

I will update this post when payments start to be made.

Standard life issue/bankroll theft situation. Something about car crashes and businesses not paying salaries. The stolen money was eventually re-deposited and lost at the tables quickly. Additional loans are still outstanding (makeup was written off). Routine promises were made of payments of those loans, and if any actual payment is made instead of a promise to pay then this post will be updated at that time. He recently won about $1,000 in an MTT. No payments were made after that, though another promise was offered at that time.

Roman has completed repaying us and is back playing for Pocarr. He's done a great job since returning. He has no debt with us.

We have been working with Julio since 07 April 2020. Julio asked a limit review and got upset because it took more time than he expected.

Julio informs us he wanted to leave the team but without buy out his makeup. Julio also played several days without fill his spreadsheet and we are not sure how much he still has in his accounts.

We have been working with Irodotos since 02 January, 2020. In May 2020 Pokerstars stopped operating in Cyprus and the problems started. We included other sites for the Irodotos to have games available, but the volume has dropped dramatically to near zero.

When asked about the drop in volume, Irodotos replied that the summer in Cyprus hindered him from playing and that the other sites "did not like him" like Pokerstars. Irodotos Iosif said he'd not play at that moment so as not to increase his makeup.

We asked for the funds back and asked him to request a reload when he was ready to play again, but after a while we noticed that he was playing poker again in the other rooms.

When asked about the lack of updates, the money used to play and the makeup he still owed us, he replied that he applied to play only at Pokerstars. This is absolutely untrue, as we signed a contract with Irodotos Iosif that covered ALL his poker play, regardless of site... Irodotos no longer responds to our attempts at contact.

Ivo agreed to hit certain study/volume milestones. He missed these in his first full month with us. After encouraging him to improve he let us know he would not be hitting them and that we should discuss parting ways. We agreed there was no future if this was the case and asked him to repay the $165 makeup and send us the $35 cash in accounts.

He refused to do this, citing $200 he sent us before we began which we requested to hold as collateral given risks we identified. The terms were that this would be returned upon the completion of a successful 18-month agreement, and kept otherwise. This should have no effect on him returning stake funds or paying accumulated makeup.
