I agree that address and phone number adds little. But you have no expectation of privacy when you choose to publish a social media profile on the world wide web for everyone to see.

There was a whole discussion about this and since then most sensitive information like ID-pictures are no longer allowed.

Anton repeatedly missed our study and volume milestones. He repeatedly played games with our funds that he was not permitted to. He was given at least four warnings that this would not be tolerated. After having him play unauthorized games with our funds for the 5th time we decided to part ways and agreed on a repayment plan for makeup.

Anton made several successful payments and missed our April 10th payment. He said he could not complete this, however on April 13th he played a $530 MTT on Stars. On April 15th he played a $215 MTT, on April 19th he played a $162 MTT.

Anton has stopped repaying us but continues to play online poker, having played as recently as yesterday.

Marcelo said he cannot play for two months and that he needs to work a job. Typically we would not have an issue with this, but when it's a player who is repeatedly not hitting the milestones we agreed on (study and volume) and played incorrect games with our funds on multiple occasions, it's less acceptable.

We decided to part ways with Marcelo and asked for a repayment plan for makeup as we cannot stake someone that is playing the wrong games, not hitting the milestones we agreed on, and now has to take two months off.

He sent us the $66 in his accounts. He said he could not repay us in the timeline we wished. We asked him to propose an alternative and he has not responded in a week to our messages via Skype/WhatsApp/Facebook/Email.

horse has to work a job to feed himself, hey you know what, he played a few wrong games and missed our slave-like game requirements, lets cut him loose and demand he pay back every cent of makeup. if he doesnt comply lets threaten him into it on 2p2.



9 games out of 8000 were over $20, he actually made a profit in those but lets just write "multiple occasions" so he looks bad. he played zero games over $20 in 2019.

An update - Roberto paid $150 as agreed (first monthly payment). He has said that Stars has not gotten back to him, despite frequent emails, and it is approaching a couple months now. Pokerstars support has definitely been quite a bit slower in general these days than in past years, so ideally an update on that front will be coming soon as well.

This was posted years ago but is a really good idea. @Mods would you please consider allowing this in some capacity as it would be great to have a searchable database or spread sheet of players and updated notes backers could leave with their current situation.

2 months ago I sent him bankroll for 2.50$ 180 mans, he played for a week, he had a break even stretch and then disappeared for 50 days already not answering on Skype or 2+2. I assume that he disappeared with my money with no intention of returning so he's probably a scammer and cant be trusted.

Ryan has been backed by us off and on since 2015. On May 2nd, 2019 he signed his third contract with us for 15 months. With that extension, we granted him extra SCOOP games that we otherwise would not have permitted (some of which we thought he was -EV in but this would be made up for with the contract extension). Part of this agreement was no off-stake games and the option for us to discuss parting ways early with an 18% EV buyout if both parties agreed at any time.

Today, June 6th, Ryan informed us he would like to part ways and play for himself. We said we would accept the 18% EV buyout and even reduce this to 11% of EV if paid in full.
Ryan said he would not be paying this and felt disrespected that we removed off-stake games and would not discuss adding them back. This is something we agreed to when he signed this new 15-month agreement.

After discussing it further internally we revised our request from 11% of EV (which we are well within our right to ask for) to Ryan simply paying for resources used since our contract extension on May 2nd. Having 1-on-1 sessions with Apestyles, Dan Heskett, and myself cost a total of $700. We were happy to continue to invest in Ryan's development as a person and poker player knowing he would be playing for us for the next 15 months.

With Ryan abruptly leaving, our shareholders in effect paid for Ryan to grow as a person and poker player and will not see any benefit. Ryan will keep these benefits for himself entirely. We are also out the cost of putting him in -EV SCOOP games.

Ryan sent us his bankroll and makeup and has been clear that he will not be fulfilling our agreement by either playing or buying out. He will not pay us the $700 we invested in him. He will now play for himself.

Damir repaid this today.

Tiago was a cash game player for us who completed one full contract and started a coaching contract soon after. Tiago has dropped out of contact with us after sending most of the bankroll back with little explanation of what was going on in his life or poker playing schedule. This is just a heads up to the poker community on this player.

Did he take any money before disappearing? Does he somehow contractually owe an explanation of what's going on in his life when he decides to disappear and didn't take any money?

If the answer to both questions is no than it seems a rather unjustified mention here. 'Just a heads up' about someone's behavior if he's done no wrong doesn't belong here. If anything, it seems like a rather stand up guy to return the money when he doesn't want to have anymore contact with you.
