It's pretty encouraging that a horse with such an apparently terrible understanding of basic maths can still beat the games in late 2018

Fernando joined us in May and has an agreement that does not permit playing off-stake games. We recently conducted an audit and found him playing off-stake games that were impossible to think were included in our stake. Hypers, rebuys, non-NLHE games, sites we don't stake him for.

We decided to part ways with Fernando and asked he return the cash he held and set up a repayment plan for makeup as he's breach our agreement and we can no longer stake him under these circumstances. He agreed.

We have not received our cash, he's blocked himself on sharkscope, and is no longer replying to any of our communication attempts via Skype, Email, and Facebook.

Hello, Ive been staking Andrew since mid April this year. He joined my stable after we both made a deal with his old backer how we will make this deal work. At first everything was fine even tho he had hard time to follow few simple rules of mine ( to make a rail daily, to post fot a reload on time etc etc.. really small rules ). He played regulary tho. Sometimes mid June he just disappeared for a few weeks. When he finaly reached to me he left me msg on skype that he is on a vacation and will be back in a few days. That was very suspicious but i waited. Then he came clean and said he got banned on PS due some investigation on his and his friends account and also lost staking funds on poker888 ( ~4.5K$ ) playing cash games drunk after one night out too. Obv cash games werent in our deal. Since he was well know and respected member of the community i decided to give him a chance to fix his mistake if he gets unbanned from PS which he did eventualy. Once again everything looked fine, he played regularly but not long after started to slacking once again. He wud just play weekends and be gone during the week. When i asked him what is going on he said he is in financial problems and will need to quit playing poker unless i keep loaning him till he gets out of the hole. I didnt want to loan him anymore but also didnt want to ruin his dream of being poker player so i offered a solution. I wud cut his MU down from 32K to 0 and take much better profit cut in future till he cover dropped MU that way which he and the old backer who have interests in this deal both agreed. His first session was this last Sunday and he won and asked for a split. Since he finished his session very late i red that request in the morning and told my admin to do it for us. At the time only rail Andrew did was for PS. Admin told me that he sent 500$ to someone and when i asked to who he said he swapped for 888 which was fine but since he didnt make a rail for 888 too i didnt know so i cudnt make a split and told him that since i dont know his "endroll" and thing he already started new session i CANT do split ( not dont want to , just cant ) when he went nuts, first being sarcastic then started calling me "****" and sayin that he wud break me at half if im near him etc so i decided its enough and drop him. He did send remaining funds back. Posting all this just to warn u all that hes not reliable and in tough spot where he is ready to make bad decisions and possibly scam somebody. And alo owe me loan and owe to his old backer.

I also have issues with him now, he is ignoring me whilst owing me funds and punting in HU hypers and 2k MTTs!

1) 2+2 screen name - ChinaStaking.

2) PokerMaster and other chinese rooms.

3) Skype - jason1353820, skrill - hzb13538204411@gmail.com, name on skrill - zebin huang.

4) I already created theme on gipsyteam (russian 2+2) and post on 2+2.

For over a year, I collaborated with a Chinese affiliate. He sent money within 24 hours; there were no problems with this. But now he has not sent me a little more than $28k for a month and a half. After I said that I will not play from him, he ignores anyone who asks about me.

Also with this affilate cooperating H2N and shows advertising on the site with a deposit guarantee. They refused to remove this advertisement, despite the great pressure of the Russian community on GipsyTeam.

Re: **NEGATIVE Feedback Thread (for Marketplace and all Subforums)**

Small addition to my previous post re: profChaos780, and his random mentioning of wanderer_pro. I have never spoken to that person, but a partner in our company has, and his only contact with us was a warning about Chaos by coincidence about a week before Chaos decided to one day wake up and declare he was going to clown school. None of us saw that one coming. Turns out his warning was correct, but in no way should wanderer_pro be associated with this staking deal other his willingness to offer some advice about this player. Looks like Chaos (who has not been here in a while) has completed his 7 stages of rationalization quickly and has now accepted his role as a thief and moved on with that new reality.

As well we have a new person to write about, and his story is less amusing. He stole money from the stake to fund an addiction to non poker gambling games. He has essentially no money, though he has promised to pay back $30 a month for 2019 to help offset some of his theft. He did send back what was in his account (about 250) when confronted with the information, and he was honest about his issues at that time, though clearly was not before that time.

I have suggested to him a few times that he should quit all forms of gambling, but that type of advice is rarely followed, despite it being valid. We ended it a couple days ago, and he snap put up some daily small packages on the selling online stake forum (we posted a warning in one of them, when we saw it). He indicated to me that he paid his investors, but we have no way of verifying that.

Anyway the information is

We started working with Mads Pedersen / MadsMp in May 2016. We had continuous issues with Mads not being able to follow his buyin limits. Mads then took $8.2k and used it to play $500 HU SNGs for himself. It did not go well.

We came to an agreement where he'd coach players and play much lower once he had settled some personal issues. Since that agreement MadsMp has shown himself completely unreliable in terms of coaching and working off his debt. He's broken several other parameters of the agreement as well.

Mads Pedersen has also been very unresponsive to communications as we try to work out a mutually agreeable deal to get this situation resolved and for both parties to move on.

We would strongly advise everyone to avoid working with Mads Pedersen in any capacity.

The funds had not been cleared into my acct, but he insisted I send and we had done several smaller deals so I did. The echeck was taking weeks so we agreed to cancel and he'd resend normal way. He sent me $350(stating hed send rest when echeck returned), of which he asked me to send him $100 P2P and I said ok

Then he stopped returning my messages, dodging my phone call, and so I sent him a message saying I think youre scamming me. Now this set him off on a tirade where he absolutely lost it and now is refusing to send me the $ owed. He's gone so far as to blast stuff I had told him as friends about my personal life when I see him at tables. Just thought I'd post this here to warn others and see if possibly anyone knows Zi and could help reason with him. This is obv a cliff notes cersion of it and I'd be more than willing to provide all screenshots from both skype and text.
Zi has begun communications with me and is paying the money back. It was a misunderstanding in a lot of ways that led to the fall out and ensuing non payment. I believe this has been sorted and the op can be deleted.

We allowed Helder to take two months off at his request to help his friend with a political campaign. When he returned on October 9th, he did not get back to following the milestones in our playing agreement. After missing our milestones for at this point three months and choosing to not update his financial rail after playing, we decided parting ways was best.

Helder agreed to a repayment plan for his starting bankroll and makeup. He has missed the first repayment date for this and is not responding to any of our attempts to communicate with him.

We started working with Miguel Angelo Alves De Abreu Silva in May 2017. Miguel Silva was playing MTTs up to Ä55s and up to Ä200NL cash games.

We've had some small problems here and there during the last 18 months. But the first major problem occurred when Miguel used our funds to play an unauthorized entry into a Ä520 live tournament in Casino Espinho in Portugal in early December 2018. Miguel Silva promised to return the funds by the end of the month.

The end of the month came and went and Miguel Silva not only did not return the misused funds, but he did not send in requested audits for his online play. After many unanswered messages (including letting him know that negative feedback was going up if he continued ignoring us) he finally admitted:
Quote:
[10:36 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Ok then ive been losing a bunch in nl 5 games and couldnt handle the payback yet so I wonder if we can get any solutions in the meantime as i need to keep playing

[10:36 AM, 12/31/2018] Standard Backing: You've got Ä3k+ currently?

[10:37 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : I should have but i lost that playing my own games

[10:37 AM, 12/31/2018] Standard Backing: you lost our money playing games for yourself?

[10:38 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Yes been busy last week trying to group money for the payback and couldnt just yet

[10:38 AM, 12/31/2018] Standard Backing: When did you lose it

[10:39 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Last week

[10:40 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Was winning about 2k then lost the roll last week

[10:40 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Asap need to sort a few things

[10:43 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : Should sort that out in january still but donít wanna miss winter series so need to ask you a top up

[10:46 AM, 12/31/2018] Standard Backing: Do you expect us to send you a top up when you've misused so much?

[10:49 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : I understand this situation could hurt the trust in our relationship. But i will pay all the money back asap. Still need to keep to work goin in the meantime

[10:50 AM, 12/31/2018] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho : All im Asking here is to give me a month to do so
Miguel then agreed to repay the misused funds in full "soon", and a buyout plan for his makeup. However, since agreeing to repay us he has generally ignored communications and then finally said:
Quote:
[9:00 AM, 1/16/2019] Miguel Angelo Silva - Flashynho: Hey! I wont be able to payback right away.
When asked for further details he went back to ignoring our messages. We have since discovered that he had been playing on a pokerstars.com account in November and his hendonmob page links to his pocketfives page. He did not inform us that he was playing on pokerstars as he should have done

Miguel Angelo Alves De Abreu Silva owes us $27,113.

We started working with Marllon Luigi de Miranda Correa Santiago Pinto in August 2017. We've had continuous problems with Marllonpinto staying within his allowed limits and not replying when he was asked to explain why he was playing those tournaments. Most recently in the first 2 weeks of January 2019 he played $1.8k worth of buyins that were not allowed.

We asked him to send back the funds that he had in his accounts and audits so we could verify exactly what was owed and how to handle the situation without funds being at risk. He sent back the funds over a couple of days and continued to play . When he sent the last of the funds back he informed us that he wished to leave.

He then ignored messages from us for a 3-4 days before having this convo on January 23, 2019:
Quote:

Can you explain what's been going on? We asked you to send back funds so we could talk with you with no money hanging in the middle. Instead you send back funds and claim that action is for yourself now?

Marllonpinto, 11:50 PM
was already thinking about playing on my own because I'm starting to build my team, and when the account was cleared and MU had an opportunity for it.

Marllonpinto, 11:51 PM
I confess that I was also dissatisfied with not being able to play many tournaments that I have great advantage over the players

Standard Backing, 11:51 PM
well you were playing many tournament you weren't allowed to play

Marllonpinto, 11:52 PM
yes, i know

Marllonpinto, 11:52 PM
sorry for this

Marllonpinto, 11:52 PM
but i have good results in that tournaments

Marllonpinto, 11:53 PM
but in the same way , sorry, I know that it is wrong in general

Standard Backing, 11:54 PM
it's also not entirely clear that the tournaments you had large cashes in recently were played before you cleared your accounts / backing was completed

Marllonpinto, 11:55 PM
I think it's okay

Marllonpinto, 11:56 PM
I sent all the prints

Marllonpinto, 11:57 PM
I did not do it and I did everything right

Standard Backing, 11:58 PM
how is playing thousands of games without permission "right"?

Marllonpinto, 11:58 PM
there were not several tournaments, and buy ins were only 22 and 33, and being lucrative in them

Standard Backing, 12:00 AM
did you have permission to play them?

Marllonpinto, 12:00 AM
no

Marllonpinto, 12:04 AM
I ve already sent everything

Marllonpinto, 2:10 PM
i did everything right and donít have to hide
Specifically Marllonpinto won $2k in a tournament the day that he sent back funds that likely was started prior to funds being returned.

We asked him to send in audits so we could figure out exactly what was owed and how to treat the $2k winnings.

He has yet to send in audits after 8 days, and continues to ignore our messages.

We think Marllonpinto owes us at least $1k, but aren't sure since he refuses to send in audits for us to verify amounts.

Weird spot. Had you already agreed the stake was over prior to the start of the tourney? Would the result of that tourney have been on stake if it had been a loss? Either way the negative feedback is 100% fair, he sounds like he was a bad horse and played a lot of games he shouldn't have been playing.

Re: **NEGATIVE Feedback Thread (for Marketplace and all Subforums)**

Name: Victor Sbrissa
Stars: VibizSbrissa
888: WarriorOfThe
Party: Vibiz
Stars.es: Nobrecito

Victor joined us in February of 2018. He signed an agreement to complete 10 quality study items per month and play 300+ normal speed MTT's per month.

In 11 months with us, Victor did not hit 10 study items a single time. We spoke both internally and with him and decided we would overlook the study component if he would hit all other parts of our agreement. Simple things like playing 300 games, updating his financial rail, showing up to group coaching sessions.

In December he missed our volume milestones and we let him know that if he did not hit them in January we would reduce his stakes. He had a call directly with me on January 10th and said that he would miss the volume but would return to normal on January 16th. We agreed he would not be penalized for missing 300 games in January but that he would be expected to return to normal volume beginning January 16th and attend his assigned coach's groups.

February 2nd we reviewed Victor amongst our management and coaching staff and found the following:

From January 16th-January 31st he played 42 games. He should have played 150+ games as we agreed on in our contract, on Skype, and verbally in our January 10th phone call.

On January 22nd Victor signed up for a 20-minute call with one of our managers but did not show up.

On February 1st a manager had to remind Victor to update his financial rail after each playing session.

In this meeting, the coach he should have been having sessions with said that he had not been showing up.

With all of this, we did not decide to drop Victor--we simply decided to move him down one level in stakes (from our Level 7 to Level 6). We did not move him down for missing 300 games, we moved him down for missing the pro-rated amount for the second half of January, not attending coaching sessions, missing a management call, and not updating his financial rail after each playing day. The sum of all of this combined with missing volume in December and us already being extremely flexible with his study, required that we make a change.

Victor at this point demanded that we part ways. We said that we could set up a repayment plan for makeup or he could continue the agreement. He offered a 50% repayment plan but given our coaching and management costs we were not willing to accept this. We countered with 75% which he declined.

Victor has said he will not repay us and has no intention of continuing our stake.

He has now breached our agreement for study, volume, updating his rail after each playing day, not playing off-stake games, playing until makeup is cleared.

Name: Kanishka Samant

Kanishka joined us in February 2014. Our contract was for a minimum 200 online games per month.

Kanishka routinely missed our minimal requirement of 200 online games because he was playing live poker for himself. He would often play 0-5 online games in a month. After many months of giving warnings that this could not continue, we both agreed to part ways with Kanishka repaying $200/mo until the accumulated $12.6k makeup was repaid. This was in February 2017.

Kanishka was great with following this new agreement until the end of 2017 when he started to be late with payments.

In January 2018 he made a payment for December and 75% of January.

He missed February, March, and April and made a $700 payment in May 2018.

He missed June and made a $575 payment in July 2018.

This is the last payment we received. It is now February 2019. It has been over six months and at this point we feel the need to post.

Kanishka continues to play live poker for himself, is extremely poor with communication, and has not repaid anything in over six months. He still owes us $9,400.

Missing Mitroi Marian Alexandru

Pokerstars ID MMAlex09 (Romania)

Skype: live:mitroi1110

email: 1vincent080990@gmail.com (email for his Skrill account as well)

About once a year we have a player just take the bankroll and vanish, and I guess we got this out of the way early in 2019.

This human vanished shortly after receiving the starter bankroll, with the only message being that he was going to the following live event (first we heard of it)

Banco Casino Masters 100,000Ä GTD
Public
∑ Hosted by Banco Casino Bratislava

Perhaps the artificially low starter bankroll of a couple hundred bucks went into that, or the pits, or booze/drugs, or who knows. We are posting this so that other backers avoid the similar situation with this human.

He has not replied to emails or skypes (he has not even read the skypes), and we do not expect that to change in the future.

http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/super_...ns-086070.html Link is irrelevant to current situation, but wanted to post it just so people are aware. Would hate for anyone to google Paul Allen ros1987, see this article, and assume heís investable.

As Paul obviously shares a name with someone quite famous, I think he needs more personal information to be posted than most so that he can be identified for the thief and scammer that he is. It will obviously be impossible to rank high in google search for his name alone, so hopefully anyone looking for info on him can use other identifying info that Iíve posted. Mods feel free to edit out anything that may not be suitable to post publicly.

Started backing Paul in May 2014. Around September of 2014 he began cashing out small amounts several times a week. In November, after I requested an account audit he admitted to stealing funds and provided screenshots to show the bank transfer cashouts. He has not provided all screenshots, but I believe the total amount stolen over the course of approximately 2.5 months to be 6k. He was also in 36k makeup at the time his theft was discovered. When confronted, heís promised to continue grinding and that heíll pay everything back. I told him that any money left in his account, or any money he likely has in his bank account, is all stolen funds and should be returned to me immediately. This money is no longer for him to play poker with. After that, he has refused to return any messages and continues to play with what little money is left without returning a penny.

Cliffs- Paul Joseph Allen, ros1987, from Roscommon, Ireland is a thief and a scumbag.
Coming out of posting retirement to bump this post. Just got word that this scumbag is looking for stakes again. Do NOT stake!!!!!

Signed Charlie in January to play micro/low MTTs and he struggled a bit with the variance of the game. Didn't meet volume goals, needed a month off due to some non poker concerns, and I allowed it. He returned in September to get back on the grind, but after putting in a handful of games he's disappeared. Haven't heard from him since late September and at this point, I have to consider this a 'roll.'

He owes $1700
Charlie messaged me, expressed remorse over letting the situation get out of control, discussed a payment plan and made the first payment a few days ago. Will continue to update as time goes on.

In Mario's first month with us he played 48 games not permitted with our funds--games that are impossible to think are on-stake. We chose to part ways and asked that he send us his starting bankroll and makeup (totaling $226).

UPDATE: Mario has now sent us everything he owes us.
