We agreed to stake James on ACR for Jackpot Sngs up to 25, MTTs up to $109,
HU SNGs up to $60, and sngs up to $50. After sending him a starting roll of 1500,
he proceeded to request 3 reloads within a short time period. After sending him 2 reloads, we decided to ask him to please send an audit, since it was unusual for so much to be lost that quickly, and is stated in the contract obviously that we can request an audit at any time. The responses we received were pretty outrageous, and I quite sure that James has some kind of mental issue, is on hard drugs, or both. He proceeded to spam my skype, Zack's skype and the skype of our accountant relentlessly for several days, and it basically looked like he was trying to drama bomb his way out of getting caught doing something wrong and avoid paying MU. And it went on and on, page after page, on not just mine but 2 other people's skype. As of today we still have never received an audit, nor any payment towards the $4500 in MU that he owes.
James is without question the craziest horse I've ever had and if anyone deserves a DO NOT STAKE recommendation, it is him.

I don't think the negative feedback is fair, because as you can see the difference in SJL99's screenshot and the chat that I posted, is simply I didn't get the e-mail. Not sure what went wrong here, but when I asked for the e-mail a second time I was just answered "look at the picture, scroll up"...

Stage 1: Shock

He did not report in the first 10 days, and when asked he was shocked that it was required, because as he said - he did not have time to do the report (which takes 3-5 minutes)

Stage 2: Denial

He denied winning despite sharkscope having him up $150 or so since he started. He denied doing an audit (which was expected).

Stage 3: Anger

When confronted with the very obvious situation, he lashed out with the following quote

"because I fundi something in cash and also have debts to pay, you do not care to end my life."


Stage 4: Bargaining

I ask him to send the $50 left in his account. He agrees (though nobody believes he will do it).

Stage 5: Depression

He indicates to me that his life will end if this information is told. I suppose that will save other backers this issue.

Stage 6 Testing:

He then asks for more money, I assume because he thinks his negotiating skills have been elite during the chat.

Stage 7: Acceptance

He and everyone else accepts he is a pretty criminal that will steal again if given the chance. If only he accepted that earlier it would have saved nearly 10 minutes of my time, which is certainly more valuable than his prospects!

I read that last one three times, and I still have no real idea what you are even trying to say. I was going to try to do a translation of your language to English for you, but honestly I am not sure where to start.

Best I can guess is that you feel with no written contracts that you do not have to do anything. At the least this (on top of how you communicate) makes you someone that nobody should ever do business with in the future, simply because it can only be an endless series of headaches.

Whether you stole or did something wrong - no idea, because I admit I never read the post about you, and I cannot figure out why you are trying to avoid giving an audit - whether it be to hide something or because of some weird pride/ego thing.

Anyway, if you did nothing wrong, then bring in a trusted separate party with no agenda to log into your account (or watch via teamviewer type thing) and check the history, and assuming you did nothing wrong then that will be posted. You change your password after.

Other than that, my only other suggestion would be that in future just put every 3-4 of your lines of text in a single paragraph. That can only help.

I believe you when you say you cannot make it more clear. Unfortunately, you are not being at all clear.

Again, best guess is at best this is some weird pride/ego thing, where you believe you offered an audit, and you believe they did not do it after you offered, and thus you are not required to do one if they ask. Or something like that, I cannot pretend to decode what goes on in your head.

In the end though its pretty simple. If you do a proper audit and you did nothing wrong then that will come out. As played, you look at best crazy and at worst like someone trying to hide something. Posting that you do not care about that with multiple unreadable posts about how little you care will not change that.

If you do not care how anyone else thinks then accept that you will be regarded as a thief in this industry and move on with your life.
