Yeah, that information doesn't really match the licence number either. A simple google search on that address will turn up with the AJ Graeme name and a link to his business. Maybe asking him on his website will have more success in getting your money back. Good luck.

Audit is off $1.3k (over 100 buy-ins). We sent a video going through the audit and asked for him to explain where we messed up or to agree that it's off. He has disappeared and is unresponsive. It is also worth noting that it took us 5+ attempts to get a working audit from him and we still did not ultimately get the audit we actually wanted in the correct format. The passwords for 4 audits did not work.

His sharkscope for 2016 and his current makeup are thousands apart. This along with the above leads us to believe he's 99.9% stealing.

Started staking Jakub two weeks ago, a few days into the agreement he requested a $350 loan, which we agreed to. At the time of the first profit chop, he claimed he paid back the loan but it turns out he cashed out $200 extra ($550 total) in the beginning and didn't tell us about it. Only after requesting an audit and finding the 'smoking gun' did he admit it.

He apologized, said he needed the money for various reasons. A few days later, during another audit, I discovered he had sent money out of the account to another player. Jakub claimed he didn't know it was against the rules to "swap" funds with other people even though the contract clearly states any money coming in/going out of the account must be approved by myself. Promised us on Friday (5/27) his friend would send back very soon. He didn't. I asked about it the following day, he said the friend was busy/out of town and couldn't send til Monday (5/30). On Monday, the friend did not send back, prompting me to add him on Skype yesterday and discuss the situation -- the friend then informed me that there was no such swap, as he was merely providing a cashout service. Once again, Jakub had lied to us. Multiple times. And continued to lie for a week until he was caught.

That said, he has expressed a desire to 'make things right' and sent back the remainder of the bankroll.

Currently owes $2050 in loans/unapproved cashouts/MU. Has promised to send $650 in two weeks, will bump this post at that date.

Another person suffering mental anorexia , matiaz agreed to start on sngs for one week trial, and then we should move him to mtts up to 11$. On 30.5 i sent him part of bankroll, he said he watch football and play some games. Next day he came to me with story that his teeth hurts and play next day. Next day he of course logged out of his skype and locked down sharscope. i gave him enough benefit of doubt as he looked like ok guy to work with. Since then Matiaz did not contact me, but suddenly now his sharkscope is open and i see he is -713€ and playing right now games we did not agree on. Since our agreement he play 195 games.

Do not stake, matiaz owe us 190€ and not responding to any form of communication.

Please if anyone spoke with him recently, get in touch, it is very possible there is more people that got scammed by this guy.

Its impossible to have different usernames for these 2 clients. Seems likely he is multi accounting as well.

If he lived in france, while .com was still legal and then moved to malta with .eu it is possible,there is many players that provide two screen names since their country dont allow them .com anymore. But yes,could be multi accounting aswell...

this guy has already had negative feedback here after stealing at pokermarket. Looks like you could avoid some losses by more rigourous vetting of applicants after this and the guy with the fake driving licence.

This is definitely an issue, as many 'scam warnings' are buried on smaller sites/forums and don't pop up in the first few pages of a Google search. While I've disagreed with some of Pocarr's decisions, can't argue with the widespread reach of their thief websites and how easy it becomes for other backers to avoid Poccar's less scrupulous horses.

Backed this player for a couple of months from probably october 2015 to february 2016. He was usually late for payments, promised to transfer on a certain date and didnt/couldnt do.
Eventuall, he bust, and i lend small amount to recover. Not only he did not repay, but stopped answering messages.
He even once to transfer and when i point that i need the money, he reply "if i dont, you can expose me on forums"... Still waiting, more than 3 months later.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: we are talking about very little money, less than 100$. So dont even think of a larger backing agreement.

What info did he ask for? You can't just post negative feedback like that and then not offer details about what he supposedly did that was sketchy. Asking for a screenshot of your cashier isn't sketchy.

Can someone back me up, including mods, that asking for a pokerstars cashier screenshot is extremely standard in all staking agreements? And if so, could the OP be deleted?
