Staked Daniel for 11 and under Mtts with strict guidelines on what games to play etc. Theses rules were not adhered to at first, then I thought we had rectified the situation. Games went fine initially, got my friend to do a HH with him and see where his leaks were. After discussions with the coach I decided to drop him down so he could grasp what the coach was telling him.

I discovered that his SS became blocked and when questioned about it he denied all knowledge. I requested an audit which he failed to send properly and then I asked for screenshots of his balance.

Finally an admission that he loaned funds to his friends, played spin and goes and had photoshopped the screenshots.

He did send the remaining roll minus the make up and what he loaned his friend.

Said that he would be sending make up of $400 on 31/01/16. Nothing received and also said he was not in Romania and in France for 8 days. It's now the 15/02/16 and after repeated attempts to get a clear answer when he is going to send he is now ignoring the requests to send the money back on stars and being rude.

DO NOT STAKE POP DANIEL.

I had a similar experience with him, and he still owes me ~$1500.... I didnt realize he was still playing and was giving him time to pay back, sorry for not posting earlier

If nothing else, you need to let mods know about stuff like this so we can at least quietly take away Marketplace Approval so they have less ability to scam others.

Staked him for over 2 years. Communication and volume was never the best but he won some and figured he was trustworthy as have known him online for years and had some mutual friends. The past 6 months communication and volume became much worse than it had already been and there was always an excuse for each. Last heard from him almost 3 weeks ago (Jan 31). Sent numerous skype messages, called his phone a few times although i doubt it is still connected or in his name anymore. Has been seen on twitch a few times so I know hes not away from the computer etc.

RLOG has entered into a payment plan and is currently 3 monthly payments in for a total of $4k on his total debt.

I have been buying action from people for a long time and I'm lucky that Fabio is the only person who hasn't paid me and that it is for a small amount. I met Fabio a couple years ago in the LA casinos. He was a good player, so I bought some of his action in a few local tournaments and the 2014 wsop. He has owed me $650 since the 2014 wsop for 10% of his cash in the $1500 Razz tournament and 10% of a few others tournaments that he didn't play. I think the reason he told me that he didn't play was a death in the family. He has given me all sorts of excuses to why he can't pay me, but obv he has always assured me that he will pay. I think he is a pretty decent player, so I expected him to have a good score and pay me sometime soon, but he has never sent me anything. He seemed like a nice guy and I didn't need the money, so I was patient. But now it has been so long, I guess I'm never getting paid. I do think that if he has a big score he will probably pay me, but maybe not. I will update if I receive any payments.

Rlog has owed me £9.5k for over 3 years now. He paid a grand total of £500 from his original total of £10k. I have chased him up multiple times to set up a payment plan and he has always been vague and not commit to anything. I am glad he is repaying you back and I know I don't have a right to ask you this but I would be greatful if you not take that information down please.

I will start of by clearly stating that I broke our agreement. I was supposed to make daily updates in a spreadsheet, and weekly email updates, and I have been MIA for ~2 weeks. That said, I would have expected a phone call/text message before this was posted. At the very least a message on here, since it was noted I have been active. I specially said before we made the agreement that I would need to give you guys my phone number because email wouldn't be a good way to reach me in general.

All of our interactions were positive and they, by all rights, seem to be an amazing stable. Its unfortunate things went this course. Its my fault but I wish I had gotten a phone call or something.
