Damir Kranjevic ' DavoDam ' on pokerstars, scammed ST Poker Staking Group, for the amount of 400 dollars. After staking him for 2days, we got a notion from a former backer that he was a scammer and that we should stop having him as a horse immediately - He had scammed other people prior to his former backer as well according to the backer. We told him to not load another session until we figured out exactly what was going on (his MU was 250 dollars at this point).

The next day we discover that he has blocked all of us on skype and that he has not returned any of the funds that he was supposed to (150ish). We could also see through sharkscope that he had played in games that he was not supposed to play ($5- $7 ABI MTTs). Its been 6days since the incident and we still havent received the $150 he had left in his BR from the $400 we sent him.

Mindan's already replied so that explains why I posted. The reason why it leads to a 6yr old thread is because I just quoted and pasted from another forum (cardrunners I think), so when linking to a post it must have translated across somehow to some random one. I received PM from this guy today and here is screenshot as a proof what this idiot is saying.

Pretty sad all these drug addicted, pit game blowing, sport betting schmuck dbags can get stakes over and over after scamming people and a legitimate, successful honest player can't even get a response because of all these dudes. So tilting.

I have over 30 honest players in my stable and successfully cooperate with at least 50 more in last year. so I wouldnt say your argument is in place there.

That general attitude and approach is likely why as an investment you (as the "legitimate, successful, honest" player you were clearly referencing) may not attract as much interest as you expect. A ton of people are willing to "work hard" and are honest and decent people, but if they lack a good track record in terms of results then they will attract little interest (since the time needed to coach will be high and the likely returns low), just as it works in pretty much all forms of employment.

Lol ok man. Again im not gonna argue with anyone. Fwiw i did receive a live stake and am very happy with my current place in poker and life. Not that it matters or is relevant. I didn't post my comment in the general staking forum. I posted it in the negative feedback forum. Hence I wasn't referring to the staking community as a whole. Or to do google searches and don't make it easy for these guys to steal money. Not only do they take your money but it encourages them to try to take from others. Sorry to hear about the scam though, but hopefully learned to do some research.

I recognize a few of these guys trying repeated scams on P5s and other sites.

I had 6,000$ stollen by xchipdonx on pokerstars and __faxen__ on Full Tilt (same person).

Supposedly his real name is Dennis Hof from Hamburg Germany (that's what his passport/account said) but it might be a fake account.

He's a solid player that can easily make 40,000$/yr at poker and I believe he's gotten stake before, runs up the account, and when he's asked to chop the profit...he disappears.

I have some evidence suggesting I'm not the first scammed by him.

I sent all the stakers a msg saying he has a new acc.
Got scammed by this guy,such scum.
