I am looking for Nick Kamen (aka OBAVAMENTS on Pokerstars and nrkamen on 2+2 in the above posts) about a personal matter because he is not answering my calls, Skype messages, etc. and I would appreciate any help with getting a hold of him. We started staking Elias in the fall of 2015.

During a routine profit split on November 20th, we noticed that Elias had cashed out some of our funds a couple of times on his own when he wasn’t in profit. Although it was a smaller amount ($266), it was still very clear that he was not able to do so and was just taking our funds for his own use.

After quite a bit of back-and-forth discussion, we were able to convince him to send us $266 to cover that amount out of the bankroll remaining in his account. This left $76 in his account.

After a short discussion between our staking group, we decided we were not comfortable continuing to stake him as he had cashed out our funds when he shouldn’t have. We then told him we needed him to send back the $76 of our funds that were remaining in his account.

He refused.

He said if he did not have that $76 in his account, he would not be able to earn back money to pay us the rest of what he owed us (which is a little under $300).

A short time later we spoke with him again. We told him we were very clearly not ok with him keeping our money to grind with in hopes he would pay us back when he finally won. He again refused.

Despite knowing better, we decided to wait some time for him to make some profit before we posted anything in case he actually did send us the money he owed. Since that time he has won some money at the tables and not answered our phone calls, emails, or skype messages.

He currently owes us a little under $300 and very clearly cannot be trusted.

First of all and before I begin with this post, I want to leave totally clear that, in any moment, I dont stole anything to pocarr and alex knows it. A page that says "JAIME IS A THIEF" is disrespectful in every way for me, my family and my friends. This, clearly, goes against my integrity as a page this dishonest is going to affect my work and my life in general. In fact, and is pretty funny, in that page they wrote something like "jaime is a thief because he steals time" lol really? They're going to make a page, that is going to ruin my image and when you first see it, it seems like I stole money to them, when that didn't even happen, to say that I stole them TIME!? that really doesn't seem fair with me.

I'm going to begin with this thing that they wrote: "He played thousands of dollars worth of games with our money that he was not permitted to play" The stake that we agreed to play with Alex were the freezout tournaments up to 33$. big 44$ and tournaments of up to 11$ with re buys. The first one is the big 44$ that was in my contract, the second row is 44 Progressive KO (That now it is the 44$ bounty builder) the reason for which I was playing this tournament was because of this email sent by alex http://prnt.sc/afmix1 So I WITHOUT BAD INTENTIONS started playing this tournament always without hiding myself of the search function if anyone wanted to corroborate the games that I was playing and obviously unblocked on Sharkscope. I played this game approximately for a month and Alex or anyone ever said anything. I repeat, I never had any bad intention playing those games, in fact, the day that I won I was really happy and I post it on the group chat and they made my a post in their official page on facebook congratulating me for winning http://prntscr.com/afmlyp Afterwards, alex asked me for an audit of game where, after 5 days, he told me that I was fired without any warning or a chance for a second opportunity and then he told me that I had to pay the TOTALITY of the make up because, according to him, I breached the contract playing stake that I couldn´t play. I asked him several times an explanation but he always reacted in a rude way and threatening me with creating a page and I was just against the wall trying to apply in another page of stake due to currently I have a family to keep. I said to him if we could make a payment agreement in which I was providing payment until last month. This month I really couldn't get the money because I just really didn't have it and he just made the page without saying anything.

The contract we agreed on stated if he breached the agreement he would owe us makeup. He admitted breaching the agreement.

Jaime then came up with a repayment plan, made a couple payments, and then he stopped.

It's a mistake but is basically irrelevant and doesn't change the situation.

Sure I'll say I made a mistake because I did not know to put the $ 44 6max progressive KO was a mistake. This added to the fear of losing my job in pocarr where I was happy and also the fear that made me a page by thief made me say it was a mistake, but obviously I did not know it was a mistake and never did it in bad faith. As I said in the previous post those were the only tournaments played without bad faith and without knowing he should not get them. so it is the only tournament that has no justification and that is why I played him 30 days of the search visible player without blocking my SharkScope.

Started staking him about week ago. He did hit few tournaments, locked his sharkscope and started to play what ever he wants and was not replaying to my PM's. Now he deleted me from skype. Now I know that he was staked by another lithuanian and staking deal is frozen until autumn because mantasbravo was drinking alcohol everyday.

He owes me $3k mu and profit cut.

Have to agree with this. If it's just one tournament one time that was played without permission, then that doesn't entitle you to reclaim thousands in makeup and drop the guy without any warning. Punishments have to be proportional, and no matter what your contract says I wouldn't say you're entitled to the MU if this is honestly a one time mistake for a tournament buyin that is $11 over what he normally plays.

As a matter of fact given horse has already repaid $600 I'd say the stable is the one who owes him AINEC.

If this is truly how it went down you are unbelievably fortunate to get $600 back. The vast majority of people would rightly laugh in your face at the mere suggestion of paying back 2 and a half grand for an $11 buyin tournament mistake.
