Makes me really sad as I've been staking this guy for almost 4 years now without a problem, have not heard from him in the past 6 months despite him playing reasonable volume. Still hoping for some chance he shows back up and pays his debt, but for now he belongs here.

PODGOREANU ANDREI - SCAMMER
He broke the deal with a MU of EUR 25 900 .
Also, his despicable character is proved by the fact that he asked a loan from me in amount of EUR 500 two weeks before he decided to break the deal. This amount he didn’t return back.
Another aspect, during our collaboration (more exactly when the MU started to increase) I had tremendous difficulties regarding the fact that he didn’t respected the stakes mutually agreed at the beginning.

He is mainly known in real life as Dano FULLPROD

Histoire des scammers(Scammers stories):

Ramadan "Dano FULLPROD, D.Sharkuteur"

English
:
Ramadan HASANI is mostly known under the name of Dano FullProd.
He has been recommended to the stakers by a common friend known as ”81 laplume”, who accepted to be the guarantor and to reimburse stakers in the event Dano would not.
They started a first deal. Dano does not follow some rules: For example, he played with his rakeback a 100€ tournament and made a 1100€ winning. But he told the stakers the tournament was played with his rakeback (which was already forbidden) ONLY after the tournament ended. There were many cases like this one, where his lack of communication allowed the stakers to doubt.
The first staking ended up (positive), so the stakers reinvested directly one part of the first deal winnings on a new (second) deal and agreed with Dano he will send them the other part. But Dano, who also made profits on the second deal, never sent the first, second or third part (profits made on the last deal) to the stakers.
Since, the stakers have been talking with Dano (Facebook, phone calls …). He always say he is going to send the money. This story began at the beginning of the year 2015… Dano is not hiding from his stakers but never showed any intention of reimbursing them.
His guarantor friend laplume81 has only paid 50€ from the debt (making it 1700€ now), and told stakers he will not paid for the rest of the debt.

Here we have a 30 year old character , who claimed to be a law student and had dreams of becoming a poker professional.

After starting out on a small $75 micro stake and putting in a lot of volume in a short time and running the roll up to close to $200'ish ... it appears that he has now fled with the micro bag o'cash.

Based on his actions , one can only surmise that he feels that his reputation and self worth are in alignment with that amount of money.

We are going to assume that he missed the class at law school that covered theft, ethics and breach of contract etc ... he was probably busy that day wasting the time of individuals who were looking to help him improve his lot in life.

Another addition to the sad category of guys that flee with small amounts of money and wonder why they are struggling and broke...

...for your viewing pleasure , here's what that looks like:

SCAMMER

Real name: Iulian-Petru Plosca / Romania
2+2: julien.p1
PS: iulian.p1
email: iulian.poker1@gmail.com

He started with us on 29th Oct. playing low MTTs. After a good first week (some splits)
he startet to get deep in make up. After 7-10 days of reloads he said us this:

https://gyazo.com/0e356e0feed011f81b662b179a0f4eb1
https://gyazo.com/0918e16f9167501b19ee0aac3b2277fc

After this, we forgave him and let him to keep playing with us.
Because he was getting more and more deep in make up (6k) playing low mtts
we understood we don't want to continue the deal. Because we ended the deal he
has not the obligation to pay any $ of make up.

To complete the end of the deal, we asked him about to send back the bankroll remaining
and some screenshots and he said this:

https://gyazo.com/d5af24a093c4084eee88b3308e02f0e7

....

Be very careful with this guy. Apart of this, he is always crying day by day and with a
very bad attitude. Also, in the coachings, he does not accept he is wrong and he put more
effort in fight for his ego than to learn from people who is better than him.

I sold some action to Rogov217 in the MP. He was starting to become a regular buyer and told me he'd send when got to a computer or something like that so I booked him action planning to settle after the pack. He told me he was traveling and thought his friend sent to me, but he would send as soon as he got home. He gave me a skype address but didnt respond and has stopped responding to pms. I see his 2p2 account has not been active since 11/15, so its possible he just hasnt seen my messages, but I still felt the need to post here. He owes $192.

HO HO HO!!! The holidays are upon us, and one of our gifts to the community is exposing some players who made it to Santa’s naughty list this year.

We backed gsr for quite a while until early 2014, and we all did very well as he played (for the most part) the games we knew he had a huge edge in. However, after a couple of very nice scores he wanted to go to a different staking group that would allow him to play any game he wanted, including ones where he definitely was not a good spot to participate.

We settled up, and wished him luck, and were not too surprised to see he lost about $100,000 for the rest of the year with his new game mix.

We assume the other backers eventually tapped out, and he asked to be backed again this year by us. We knew it was a huge gamble, because he had that need to play higher buy ins addiction that got him into his huge debts (apparently he had considerable loans as well during that time). We set some very firm guidelines with making money being the primary goal, and he did follow them for a while, and won a few thousand dollars.

Unfortunately, the fever overtook him and he started playing all sorts of games he should not have played, and safe to say the -100% ROI he achieved in those games was crushing his results in the games he could beat, so that resulted in a net downswing of about 4,000-5,000.

It was at that point he told us with all his debts and pressures he could not play poker anymore and he was studying to go into the aviation field as a steward or something. That certainly created an amusing spot for us, since he claimed he would only be able to play 1 day a week, if that.

Still, against out better judgment, we gave him one more chance with a $700 reload with a very strict schedule and an incentive plan to slowly clear makeup. He never played that, and instead tossed the money into 215s and above, which did not last long with his ability to maintain a -100% ROI in those games.

Still, he had some funds left and we asked for them back, and unfortunately all we got back were promises to pay the money. A couple deadlines passed, and the last comment he made to us was that if we posted a negative feedback on his theft then he would never pay us back.

Obviously, once someone says that it means we are never going to be paid back anyway, so here is the post – one of the few negative feedback posts I was not that eager to post after a player stole money from us.

Still, he did outright steal, and once a person does that he will always do it again when given the chance.

2)

Pedro Olivera

Pokerstars ID: moinha82

Location: Portugal

Email: pedro.oliveira2012@gmail.com

Skype ID: Moinha82

We backed this player for quite a while as well. He generally did well in the 180s, but insisted on playing MTTs where he helped the poker economy. He was slowly clearing makeup playing the 180s, with minimal MTT donations, when Portugal got booted from Stars.

Of the couple dozen players we back in that country, we relocated nearly all the others to different rooms without a problem, but Pedro basically vanished around the time that Portugal was removed. By the time he came back in contact, the ability to transfer back his cashier balance to us on Stars had passed, so he had to withdraw it to Skrill, and apparently his ability to do a transfer on Skrill was lost as well, because he needed the money for other purposes.

The sad this is we would have done a loan (the amount stolen was pretty small – a few hundred dollars), but he never gave us the chance, even after working with him for a long time.

He likely has not played poker in months, and his game was marginal even before his “break,” so we doubt he will ever ask anyone else for backing, but safe to say he will steal if the opportunity presents itself.

3)

Fabricio Maranhao

Pokerstars ID: AArielBahia

Location: Brazil

This player vanished with a small amount of money (around $100) and he helped validate why we give new players relatively small bankrolls to start. We looked at his hands, and he probably saved us money by stealing the small amount in his cashier.

He has not played since, and like most in this thread he is likely done in this industry.

That’s it, and we hope everyone has a happy holiday and may all players and backers be on the “nice list” next year!

I can't think of much unfortunately. It's really an incredibly tough part of the business that most non-stakers don't realize. If anyone has ideas we're all ears!

James Mcfall (Also has an entry in this thread previous)

http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/macapaca/

Bought a % of his scoop package more as a friendly gesture he blatantly didn't play 90% of what was staked and stole the money. Would of posted soon but keeps making up excuses etc.

Rory Andrews aka mcandrews3rd (stars)

http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/mcandrews3rd/

Borrowed money and blatantly ignoring me used to be a full time grinder putting this out there for stakers to be aware if he comes back if he can steal £2k from a friend i would be worried what he would take from a backer.

Why dont you ask them to video themselves agreeing to your contracts? You could have them read out the contract, sign it and verbally agree to it.

It would be better than a photo, and then if you have a issue you can post the video on the website you create. This would remove any possible doubt from there family and friends that you staked them.

Not an active member in staking and don't intend to be but it really is not difficult for the same guys to scam again since most would assume people don't go through this entire list before staking someone.
200 something pages.. if i was on page 89 lets say.. I could probably easily scam people again. (Its a cruel world we live in guys.. gotta accept that).

Should pay a well respected/liked 2+2 member to spend the time and make this one database.
Once that is done have people go through and see if any edits need to happen/changes etc.

After that, post the updated/final list in a new topic. Whether it be using a simple google doc everyone can view, Excel, Even just listing them the old fashion way.

Start a new thread (or continue this one), where people can continue to provide their negative feedback or update previous issues.

Have only that 1 person be able to edit that post/document. also that 1 person would need to be able to pass along/transfer the right to edit the list should they become to busy in real life.

Also in New thread, That one person would post periodically when they have updated the list.

Hope that was clear.. but you guys really need to database this
