Yeah it's just pretty annoying. I already gave him time and understanding previously for another (smaller) debt when someone hacked him, and now he just doesn't even bother responding.

Nofx was apart of the same staking group as myself pre blackfriday and from time to time he has logged into Skype and had a chat with a few of the other American guy's and Ive tried contact him re the issue in here.


I have left messages with him trying to find out the situation and to see if there is anyway we can help him solve this. It seems post black friday things hit a rocky patch for Nofx and if you read this all we want to see is an explanation. I know you will do the right thing and probably down over how the package turned out but there are people out there willing to help you sort through this package and have it all turn out right for all parties.

Those that have lost out over this feel free to pm me and Ill do my best to contact Nofx but we have not seen him in our old staking chat since the message about the negative feedback was put up.

just wanna say i staked david in the past and we never had any issues. I always saw him as an honest character.

come and sort this out dave. Your rep is worth more than this and people deserve to know what you are doing to sort everything out.

Had a on-going stake and then he rolled it playing cash games and games not in stake. OBV he blew the roll and said he will make good on it. We kind of aggreed on $500 payback, trying to work out a monthly payment but has yet to start.

I began staking Atis on March 1st and lost contact with him on March 5th after going over his audit and sending him a reload. I called his phone number today. First try, someone answered and hung up. Second try, someone answered (I believe his father) and went to hand the phone to Atis. After about two and a half minutes they hung up. Unfortunately his father doesn't appear to speak English.

He indicated he has had emotional issues for most of his life.

Small amount and likely he will never appear again on the poker radar, but always best to let people know in case he tries a comeback.

We had him on stake for about 2 months, and his results were below expectation, though his complaining about running bad was definitely a skill set he had mastered.

His game was workable, and we could handle the frequent whining and personality issues if he took the game seriously, and we thought we were on that path, but sadly he decided that the $200-300 left in his account was enough to drop out of contact and live the "good life."

We have not heard from him for a few weeks now, and his posting history shows he has applied for staking from many companies, so for this guy I would expect once he tasted the glorious fruits of his petty theft he might want to repeat it again to others.

Thus we advise that nobody stake him.


Not too bad for the first quarter, only two small time crooks!
