***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Walter Monkhouse whom has 2 accounts on ACR took a staking contract out against ourselves "NashStaking". He was contracted to play $6HU games. Whenhe hit $500; he cashed out funds, then chip dumped the rest to his other account. He admitted he broke the contract and stole our funds - told us he would pay us back - then blocked us.

This is not even close to what happened. I was backed for $6 hu's, went on a downswing, told them i wanted a break from $6's for a month and then played $2 hu's on my other acct with my own $$. No money was taken/stolen, they "fired" me and said they would "ruin" me. I will post our chat log when i get off work later to back what i've said.

Ok, here is my graph for the month of august, my downswing started around the 20th so thats what i have filtered. If running $350 UNDER ev is chip dumping, then im guilty. i've never heard of a chimp dumper lose $$ and run under ev, thats just stupid to even say that. On another note, this guy Ashely Levene was banned from a poker group on facebook called "The rounders forum" because he was abusing members and saying some really stupid stuff. He has a history of these things. Was i guilty of breaking their contract? It appears now that i did. Tbh i never even read the contract. I played on another skin of acr in $2 hu's which violates it. Did i take their money? No. Did i scam? No. When i told him i would payback, he came back 5 minutes later and said "f---- it, im gonna ruin you". I'll post chat logs if i have to.

I had no probelms with grinding my m/u back up. I asked for a month off from $6's, you said fine. That downswing got to me and i wanted a break from the stress. Did i play $2 hu's with my OWN $$? Yep i sure did. Did it have to escalte to all of this? No, it sure didnt. Ya'll were the ones who let me go, i did not quit. To try and sling my name thru the mud is lol. I have ALLLLL the chat logs as im sure you do. Ashely continually messaging me lately and calling me"fat boy"," stuttering fat ass" etc etc is just testimony to the probelms he has. One more time i'll say this: i did not quit, ya'll let me go. This could have been resolved by now if ya'll werent so quick to accuse.

this is just wrong. you can't play games outside of a stake on a different account and expect to keep all of the profits while in makeup unless the backer agrees.

I'll agree with that. Dumb statement by me. I've never argued the fact that i did not break their rules. I never read their contract and thats my fault. But to try and strong arm me to get paid wont cut it. I keep saying it, but i didnt quit, they "fired me". Heres just one example of him trying to strongarm me--there are many more.

ignorance of a contract in no way makes you un-obligated to fulfill the contract. you seemingly owe them something, at least from what I have read. perhaps you should seek mediation, rather than this public slingfest that is going nowhere.

Your message to your backer by any interpretation means your quitting poker and quitting the stable. It's that simple so why is there an argument? Oh, because you didn't quit and played on own dime on another account. No wriggling out of this one imo.
