I mean, if you really wanted to harrass the guilty party, that's fine! You're doing it to his mom though, his mom! What did some nice little old lady do? Nothing, and beyond informing her of the situation you shouldn't ever do anything.
If you want to get the best results, you do whatever it takes to make the villain stack himself. Gonso handled this whole thing great, iggytt, it's always easy to make the calls when you're not the umpire. Have a bit of decency and respect, there is a time and a place for this kind of debate and this is not that place. If you really had an issue you could create a different thread in the ATF section... or any other section really.
Unfortunately for us, our opponent played with a rigged deck and had no intention of shipping any pot our way.
I'm not saying this guy doesn't deserve a beat down, and I'd be happy to bust some of his stuff... or his face, but you have to think your actions through. The best thing to do is to put so much literature out there on this guy that he will never accomplish anything without a huge ugly asterisk beside his name.
Just a quick question, did the police actually get involved here? Are there any lawyers or anything? You have his full name and address, serve him with a subpoena and tada, nuff said! This thread and the transactions on FTP are all you need as evidence.
I'd pursue this guy criminally and slap a civil suit on his ass. Do it already?

I would like to say thanks to El Gonso, hes kept a cool head throughout and no matter the outcome of this he is an excellent mod.
