ngaskin used to make threads in BBV4L all the time about how awesome his life in Australia and how rich he was was and all the girls he was getting and such. He always kind of struck me as quite a dbag, I always assumed that he was making up a substantial portion of what he posted/all of what he posted, and I'm really not surprised by this at all.

In May he claimed all his accounts were hacked.

In 2008 he claimed to have a AUD*$7,500,000 apartment in Melbourne.

So this guy was a BBV4L reg for a while, though I haven't seen him in there in a few months. If I can be any help, someone let me know.

Just thought I'd chime in to point out how well El Gonso (formerly known as Gonso) is doing in handling the situation. As a regular *groan* BBV4L poster, I've seen quite a few threads by ngaskin. As Mayo said, they are essentially all about how ballin' his life, his house and his female friends are. Always seemed like a bit of BS to me, and I found it hard to believe that his stories were 100% true. Threads about his BOC suits and snakeskin shoes...Yeah you know what I mean.

I hope this whole fiasco gets resolved, because not only is this bad for the credibility of ngaskin (still have a glimmer of hope he'll come to), it's also bad for the image of the 2p2 marketplace forums. If it weren't for the help of the mods, users and bystanders, I doubt anyone would want to buy here. The worst part is that users of 2p2 have also undeservedly become victims. I hope this all gets sorted out and all the best to those who have lost money.

i think i am the only victim who received $ back. im guessing he pulled off a ~3.5k scam from 4-5 other buyers

Wow this is brutal. I feel especially bad for CWsports as he offered to buy the points from me but I decided I would hold onto them for the miniFTOPS. I hope everybody gets their money back.

How did you guys go about asking full tilt about the reference numbers in the emails? Isnt the selling of FTPs frowned upon by fulltilt? Or do they not mind and know it goes on in these forums? Just for future reference. Thanks
