Not sure how it works in the UK but in the US he would be turning a fairly minor charge into something resulting in actual jail time by skipping out like that, a bench warrant would be issued immediately for his arrest. Is there any chance he would be arrested in AUS and sent back to UK?

My assumption was that UK was investigating, whether or not he was guilty and the whole internet evidence thing was iffy if he was going to get charged with a crime, but once he ran....hes definitely in trouble.

Should just email that one torrent website whose name indicates something to do with a pirate and ask them to host the pictures. If the RIAA can't get them to stop hosting files I'm doubting Gaskin can get his pictures down.

(Avoiding the actual name of the website for obvious reasons)

Also we're probably getting to the point where this has more than run it's course. A lot of nothing happening at this point, and if I'm getting tired of it I'm sure others are as well. Coming up on a year with this thing

EDIT: Actually just going to shut it down. If someone has some awesome new update that can actually be verified, send me a PM. In the meantime let's free up a little more room for people to sell their stuff rather than dwell any more on this unfortunate bastard.

What happens if you phone his work and tell them that he's a criminal on the run and link them to all the stuff? I'm assuming he didn't declare his outstanding criminal charges on his application form (which in the UK is illegal, don't know about OZ), so he'd probably get fired. Might not get your money back but would certainly be a decent punishment.

Went through this thread and googled the scammers name.

Came up with his twitter, but as you guys know its blocked.

Got a little crafty, and did some detective work. I don't know if this will help but I have found the OP/Scammer's current girlfriend's twitter and facebook (And its not blocked).

I was not scammed, so I am gonna just leave it up to the people scammed to decide what to do with the information.

Maybe if you guys put some pressure on this guys girlfriend he will pay back.

Don't harass family members and girlfriends and definitely don't post their personal information. It's not their fault and not on them to act as people's collection agents. Unless someone comes through with some viable legal action, his history here for all the Internet to find will have to do.
