We decided to start working with Teofil Mocodean in late March at very low stakes. After he sent in all documentation / contracts etc. we sent him $100 on March 21st.

On March 30th Teofil Mocodean asked to terminate the agreement (he had not played at all in the intervening 9 days) because:


We asked Teofil Mocodean to send the funds back to the same location as he received them from, and the agreement would be terminated.

To date Teofil Mocodean has refused to send back the funds claiming that he needs us to prove who we are before returning funds to the same location he received them from.

Teofil Mocodean owes us $100.

You know who they are, as they sent you the money. If you weren't satisfied you knew enough about them before entering the contract, you should have asked for more information then. Stop being an ******* and send them back their own money, as you know you should.

its simple they gave you money expecting you to do something, and you didnt do it.. the they asked for the money back you didnt send itb ack. thats stealing.

also why do you not ask them to prove their identity right away as opposed to waiting for their money? Simple you intended to steal from them.



besides the fact would only actually be involved with maybe 2 stables that i have heard of. the others i have seen or heard of are honestly horribly run from a business side (and quite shady/unethical as well) that i would probably stop playing poker live or online if i got involved with them.

The OP laid out an extremely simple case. Over 4 weeks have passed, and you've had nothing of substance to say. WTF are you expecting everyone to think?

OP says they sent you $100, you cancelled the deal, and now you won't send the money back. It's been over a month since this happened. Do you really not see how you look like a scammer?

• You should have simply sent back the $100 when you cancelled.
• Failing that, if your plan was to simply steal the money, you never should have replied to the OP.
• Once you replied claiming there was more to the story, you should have posted it.
• Having failed to post anything for over three weeks, if your intention was not to post your story, you should have just stayed away.
• Having come back, you should have posted your story.
• Not having posted your story yet, the last thing you should be doing is trashing other people for thinking the worst.

Every step of the way, you've made the wrong decision. Now your prize is your very own thread - congratulations!

I am mainly interested in the mysterious "entity" who signs contracts with the name of Pavel Feldman.
