Doesn't it make more sense to just return the $100 instead of hiring a lawyer and going through what I assume would be an incredibly complicated and expensive international legal process?

Yeah, at first glance, it looks like you're right. But it's not like that. Perhaps the same question should be addressed to 'entities' signing contracts under the name of Paul Feldman.

LOL if you're threatening to take legal action against people for being mean to you in this thread.

Anyway, you obviously have no interest in explaining why you don't plan to pay back the money you appear to owe, so I don't see any reason to give you a platform on which to possibly scam people.
