There are reasons I went into length about the transactional and other disputes. I partially answered before I responded to TPeck.

Long story short, I have been payed about one third of the total profits, if the total profits are the ones that are presented in the official google sheet and haven't been payed the last profit chop after many fake promises.
Imagine having a staker who's constantly texting you to play for 3 months (while he knows you don't have enough time), you make close to 5 figures in this period for his upline (if the piece of the action was 50%), a nice 4 figure amount for the staker (including the mu you had to clear), only for him to steal your accounts and use the excuse of contractual breaches that don't stand (check above) weeks after he was supposed to pay you.

This is certainly interesting but I have to say I don't understand the contract at all. Term 2 just seems like unclear nonsense. I also don't see anything that allows the staker to confiscate rakeback. In fact, confiscating rakeback directly violates term 8 as does arbitrarily taking 15% off the top for default risk which also is not in the contract. I certainly don't see anything about confiscating accounts.

It's clear the staking agreement should end and it's also pretty clear no more money is changing hands between either of you.
