Also points out a clear reason of wanting to quit the game is problems with gambling. Seems that fell on deaf ears and you tell your horse we don't care about your welfare keep gambling or we publicly shame you.

Seems a fine agreement for you still. Invest in people gambling and when it turns out they have a gambling addiction they have to pay you back in full.

The community didn't agree he was in the wrong. Actually, the consensus was that both sides were in the wrong.

In my personal opinion, pocarr's behavior was completely unacceptable here - far worse than Marcin's. I'm not sure that Marcin owes you a thing.

If said horse would have indeed quit poker, in my opinion he wouldn't owe anything. Afterall, in my opinion, a horse should he allowed to quit the game whenever they want to. They are human afterall, no slaves, and thus shouldn't be forced to keep playing just because the investment of investors is down for the time being. There can be good reasons to quit the game altogether IMO.

The way this went, obviously the player owes the MU. Did the player try to work things out, for example discussing a deal where he could keep rakeback, or a wage that is added to MU for x games played (if he was a fulltime player obviously he needs "some" income, but that's also the downside of playing MTTs fulltime (unless you have good savings obv))? While 20K is already deep MU, it's in both parties interest the player has assurance he is "surviving" as long as he puts the work in. I'm not sure how Pocarr handles stuff like that, but as a big stable I would think they wouldn't deny it instantly. Thus, this is simply dodging the MU now and unacceptable from my PoV.
