I think it would depend. Realistically, the money is gone. Recourse would be expensive, frustrating and timely. There's a chance you could submit what you have to LE but I don't see it accomplishing much.
I don't use Pokerrrr2, but I imagine your club is part of a union. I would track down that union and state your case. They are the only ones capable of retrieving your money.
