Hey Guys who tried to reach the SEC with no Luck. Can you inbox me privately your real names. I reached out to the agent and here's her reply.

"Can you please provide the names of the individuals you’re referring to so I can confirm that they’re on our list? We’re endeavoring to return calls as quickly as possible."

I am an attorney in Los Angeles that was able to successfully obtain a judgment against this Lee before he was arrested. Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. LC101870. PM me if you have additional information on this guy. I have a feeling there are many more out there that have yet to come forward. My client was hit for 250K on an investment scam.

Nope. Vaccaro Case Sentencing Hearing rescheduled for Late Jan. 2017. Wonder if new evidence is forcing the prosecution team's hand etc.

Minus the time served since his bail was revoked gives him about 6 years. Does he get the chance for early release?

So at least 5 more years of jail time.

From what I understand, most of his money has been gambled away. Is there some method that the feds will have to distribute money that he is able to make after he's released to his victims?

Five of us in Oklahoma were defrauded by Lee out of $150,000 plus. Glad he got 6/5 years in New Jersey. We are trying to get Oklahoma to put a hold on him when he finishes in the federal system.

Not sure if the BOP site is accurate but it shows that Lee Vacarro is not in BOP custody. I am supposed to be notified of changes to his status but didn't get anything. Maybe he was released because of the coronavirus??? At any rate it looks like he's out of jail.
