Prove that part of the stake was you getting a living stipend and that consequently that part is MU and even though you weren't allowed to leave the stake in MU that somehow that means that almost three years after the fact you don't owe that money.

Changed the thread title before I saw or knew anything about Jeff's last post. I figured we could at least do that for the time being in the interest of moving things along; I'm hopeful that this last post is a sign of that happening.

If the case is going to arbitration then you don't need to send me anything immediately. Further, the amount you need to send me is in dispute. If you were to send me only $235, I would not consider this matter closed, no matter how many times you try to suggest otherwise.

I sincerely doubt they wouldn't merge a new thread into this one but w/e.

And if by some chance you end up sending money directly to me rather than through an arbitrator, I'll find a 3rd party. Right now I don't want you having my address. Except an email address to do a PayPal payment or something.

Also I invite any neutral 3rd party to do teamviewer or something so they can see I haven't edited the emails I already posted or the information I was sent by PS.

Not that I'm tech savvy enough to know how to mess around with that sort of stuff, and not that he's disputed any of it, but still.

Edit: To be technically correct, I did edit the PS log - I removed other transactions for buying and selling of tournament action with players other than Jeff. I didn't edit any of the numbers or anything like that though. Just to be clear.

RJ, if I were your attorney, I'd take the $235 with the understanding that you are possibly getting more. If Jeff thinks that is all he owes and paying the $235 ends it, then you should not accept it.

I think that's pretty clear given the rest of the posts and no matter how many times he suggests otherwise I'm not going to agree to just remove the thread/posts and recant that he's a thief/liar for $235 unless that's what an agreed upon arbitrator rules.

I admit to lying to nicole over the last 3 years but not because I'm a thief but because I"m a wimp. I was just putting off the inevitable. I anticipated she would do this no matter what I did unless I paid her all.

The first number I put out to her was $950, but this was just after BF and was just a guess. I hadn't done the analysis. I hadn't realized how long I was selling action in the MP, so some of the money that I first quoted was actually mine. The actual final total was $235 that was in my account with $665 makeup

I started to tell her that immediately but she was basically already insinuating "her thread" go up. I knew exactly what that meant and didn't try to argue with her, just tried to turn it into a positive.I was scared of her because she could write a thread and try and ruin me, but I didn't want to pay her either so...

To appease her, I offered her the following options.

A personal loan with interest to be paid when I got back to poker. She refused.

To transfer the makeup dollar for dollar to another backer. She refused.

I can only surmise what I thought from the beginning. She doesn't want the money, she wants a circus. But this is the truth. The only money she had in my account was 235 and I think this thread should be deleted.

If I do the actual numbers, it could come out to more or less. I may have made a mistake somewhere.

The reason you have no credibility is because you make statements like this. You've skipped the most important part which is, "Lie in order to secure a deal with another backer". Which is the part she actually refused.

Because I didn't realize the exact date when Nicole stopped staking me for tournaments. When I realized that, I tried to tell her and she was already accusing me.

She was also trying to change the deal midstream and my plan was to quit the stake when the makeup cleared. It's not my fault she stopped doing MTTs. I quoted her a wrong number and she wouldn't ever accept the right one.

I think this thread should be completely deleted. If she wants to go over the numbers privately, I will be happy to show her how I made the mistake. If not then she is welcome to post another thread but this one is useless now, and if I post numbers here it will get buried under the garbage.

If she really wants to arbitrate it, it might be less because I changed our original deal anyway to make it more favorable to her. I was supposed to cash out 50-100 per week and somewhere along the way we lowered that amount. If I look up the emails it might come out to less than 235. I didn't really take it that far.

Also, she made money on the deal, so I don't know why she's even mad.

Now, you're saying you have some mystery losses and marketplace activities that add up to most of your old PS balance being yours? Have you ever mentioned this to RJ before or is this a new claim? Your story just seems to constantly change here. How can anyone believe you?

You keep playing the victim card, you're scared and being bullied. Read your own posts. You've demanded a clean vouch, you've endlessly put preconditions on arbitration, and you've claimed bad action on RJ's part. Trust me, you've had no problems here due to being easy to get along with or too easy to run over.

You have money of some amount that isn't yours. You admit to lying about it. I'd go back through this thread and just read your posts. If your reputation winds up in tatters, your own words did most of it.
