final result is that nicole paid $43.42 more to Jeff than she received from him. stripping out the tourney stakes that jeff sold resulted in a tourney profit of $3326.47 and $200 of bonus . half share of that is 1763.23 and add on the 43.42 to leave jeff owing Nicole $1806.65. you can see from the top ups that nicole sent to him and the early tourney losses and continuing cash losses that jeff was never in a position to pay off what he owed

I'm particularly loving parts where he asks other people to provide the balance in the account at certain dates while he's in possession of an account audit from Stars that contains that exact information. It really plays well with his statements that he's performed a thorough analysis and audit of all the action on the account.

It's pretty sad that after all the BS in this thread it'll likely wind up as pedestrian and boring as simply blowing off the stake at cash games that were not allowed under the terms of the stake. Not quite as sad as the fact that RJ will never see a dime she's owed, but possibly offset by the fact that Jeff won't be able to scam anyone with google ever again.

this is pure speculation ......Jeff has posted about his cashout regime with 100 per week etc . Its also been posted that he had multiple accounts on stars. its entirely feasible that his cashouts were done by chip dumping to his other accounts. it wouldn't show in his transaction history and would only show up if stars spotted the chip dumping . for example if he had 5 accounts he could dump 20$ to one account one day then another 20$ to a different account another day etc so that it wouldn't show up as suspicious to stars especially if its buried amongst other cash game play.

Very nice work. I thought just after SA was going to audit that Jeff was odd in snap wanting to pay off pre audit. Made you wonder if he had something to hide. It now seems like he did. He stole the stake money all along. I assume it is ok to call playing your backers money in unauthorized games and then claiming losses as backed losses just theft. Right? Basically he lost her money while free rolling her. He loses, claims bad run at tournaments. He wins, it was outside the deal.
