I would already have used the emails/texts to sue you and win easily. I would go for statutory interest, court costs and the initial sum. I would use that judgement to garnish your wages until I was paid. I would get my money back and move on, but I would leave those posts up forever.

I told you, I asked for the same thing 3 years ago, and she refused. I asked again 3 years later and she refused. I only owe her 235, that is my contention. This would have gone to arb 3 years ago, and should have.

I didn't admit it. It's makeup. Makeup + interest too. I offered everything I could think of to make it right for her short of paying her money I don't owe her. I contend I owe 235, she contends I owe her 900, she won't take any middle ground. So arbitration is necessary, but accusations should cease until resolved by the community.

I can't think of any fairer way to handle it, if you can please suggest one.
