I want to report a scammer. His pokerstars nickname is buschapa.
Skype nickname is realrepresenter.
First name in reallife is Pierre.
He is online SNG and MTT grinder. Atm it looks like he is playing Low-Midstakes MTTs:

The story:
19th June 2016 he asked me in skype for SNG staking. I coached him a few times in the past and knew that he is a solid winner.
We both accepted on a deal for 3 months going till 19th September 2016.
(75/25 for player, 3000 games/month, $15-200 buyin 6max turbos)
In the beginning everything was fine. He was sending me 3 times $1k because he was up 3 times $4k and then I was sending $1k back to him because he said he was loosing some amount.
On the 9th August the trouble began. I got a message from him in facebook he "wants to speak about something". I allready thought nothing good.
He asked for a loan (6-10k) from me. I declined. Via facebook call he explained his financial situation to me.
To sum it up: He was spending more money then earning with poker. For designer clothes, presents for his girl friend, expensive apartment and so on.
On the 14th September, which was 5 days before our deal should end, he wrote me in facebook "I am running so bad" etc. I was asking for results.
He sent me results and I figured out, that he is up around 10k.
So in 5 days he would have to send me around 2.5k winning share + 5k BR - 2k I allready got from him = 5.5k.
I asked him if that will be a problem and he said "yes" because of him having a downswing atm.
So basicly he cashed out way more money then the 7.5k he would be allowed to (his 75% of winnings).
Then there was endless texting. He promising several times that he will pay it back "next month" etc. Nothing happend.
On 29th November 2016 someone added me on skype and asked if I am dealing with pushapa. I confirmed. Then he wrote me this:

[29.11.2016 19:48:57] ***: i wont go into all the issues jsut yet
[29.11.2016 19:49:41] ***: but he ended the year with just over $15k MU, he stole $8k or so from the $20k SNE bonus. He pleaded with how badly he needed it so i allowed him to continue and repay later
[29.11.2016 19:50:28] ***: a few weeks later he was offered a really sick deal from you and that if i allowed him to take it he would send half of his profits everytime he got a split.
[29.11.2016 19:51:35] ***: This sounded good to me, he had been constantly stealing funds from the cashier. And he said he would explian the situation fully to you, as i requested he did
[29.11.2016 19:51:48] ***: he later came back and said it was all good and that you two had made a deal
[29.11.2016 19:52:22] ***: I got bits of money for a few months, about 2 months ago the payments stopped, and he broke contact completely. He currently owes me like $18k

Pierre never mentioned him before. So that was really a surprise.
Basicly he was owing his old staker allready a ton of money and was paying him now a little bit back from my money.
So pretty ****ed up situation.
After he crossed the xth deadline for sending me atleast a little bit I said to him on 4th February 2017 that I will make it public now. Then he sent me the first $300 back.
After that and a lot of discussion we both agreed for a repay plan. Him sending me back monthly an amount starting with $150 going slowly up to $300 for 22 months.
Surprisingly he was following this plan 8 months straight.
But now he stopped his payments, has deleted me in facebook and ignores me in skype. (But is still grinding as you can see)
The amount he owes me is 4.1k at this point.
