Late Sunday night, July 9, I played a $275 Sit N Go at the Rio. 6 of us participated in a $100/player last longer bet. I was in the 3 seat. Justin Fisher (in seat 8) held the cash. We ended up heads-up. I won. A few minutes after the final hand, I realized he had not given me the last longer money. Both the dealer (also named Justin) and I looked for him but he was nowhere to be found. The supervisor paged him twice but he did not answer the page. If you know Justin (20-something with tattoos on arms), and if he inadvertently walked off with my money, tell him he can contact me at pokerschool@verizon.net. On the other hand, if it was not a mistake then he is a scumbag and you should (a) exclude him from any game you are in, and (b) alert the cardroom so they can ban him before he cheats any of their unsuspecting customers like he cheated me.

Know of a late twenties Justin with tattoos from my local casino. Is this a ~6 feet tall skinny white guy with spiky blonde hair from Florida? One of his tattoos is of an angel and he has a distinctly raspy voice?


I assume all 6 players gave their $100 to him to hold? Was he the one who suggested the last longer bet and to hold the $600 pool?

IMO if this claim is verified (dealers and other players are witnesses) it should belong in NVG where there is high traffic to warn others of this scammer on the loose.

Hardly anyone who play live poker will visit this forum.

Actually another player held the money initially. When he busted, he handed it to Fisher who was 2 seats to his right and had the biggest stack. Nothing unusual there.
