My name is Fidel, I joined HS in the month of November initially to play PokerStars where after sending all my verification documents I requested the entry for Sunday 5, the days passed and due to promotions I decided to move to GGpoker on Nov 19 declaring to play 10s 20s, at the end of the period they ask me for PS reports and I send them but they decide not to count the day November 5 in the final report damaging me with almost 500$. I complained about this in several emails and they never responded.
Moving on to the subject of GGPoker I asked for the general results of the pool and they explained how it worked, at the same time I took the opportunity to ask why there were incognito users and they did not give me more details, on December 7 I decide to send an email for the exit of the HS pool because Roman previously in past emails could not check 1 audit for more than 1 week and because the results of GG in the month of November did not match the real money I lost in that period. I sent a video with all the proofs and evidences downloading day by day and uploading to the tracker where the final results still did not match. In addition to that I also sent screenshots of all the reloads I did in that period.

What HS indicates in their report is that -4180$ of EV was generated and that I only lost -3620$ where I would have to send a total of 560$ in the month of November.
Now I want to know how is it possible that generating only 2000 EV chips I can run so much ?
If you only generate 2000 EV chips in 4500 spins you have in losses -6200$ which is something similar to what I lost, in PT4 it indicates that I lost 6160$, so here I should receive almost 2k$ from them for the month of November.

Does anyone believe that with a single $600 multiplier there can be that much difference?
Do you really check and trust the results that Hypertracker tells you ?
These guys are disgusting and not transparent at all, I invite you to check their results, if you play GGpoker is better not to enter this pool of scammers.
At the moment they owe me almost $2K in GGPoker and $480 in PS, I hope I can get my money back.
