I read some similar threads un the forum. So i want to share my experience and fortunately get some help.

My username on pokerstars is mvelagio. On tuesday 5 i won the supertuesday. I have "freerolled" (had rebuys and addons For 33 cents) My way into an 11 $ qualifier, then a 109 qualifier then getting the entry of 1050 and won the whole thing For 17k+.

As i try to whitdraw, stars froze My account. Send a email suggesting i use múltiple accounts. The account observed belongs to my brother, we used to live under the same roof not so long ago so we used the same devices. Still doesn't make any sense as they could have ask about it back in the day when we lived together as it have passed a long time since My brother used his account.

We answered the emails that they issued to us and now i have written already 3 days in a row with no answers or update.

Can pokerstars just take my money? is there an instance where i can elevate my complaint? How long can they hold the funds?

Any feedback Will be appreciated.
