Glen who used to be involved with Billy Walters has owed me ~25k for over 3 years and hasn't responded in over 2. I had accounts which he had access to that lost. The numbers in the chat he discusses are a bit confusing because some of it is money that is owed to him which he plans on using to pay me, and some of it are numbers that are changing due to some pending future bets.

[6:25 p.m., 2017-05-29] Dutch: I met with him last night and picked up 24.0 - The wire transfer that he was expecting has hit his bank - Holiday down here had the banks closed which screwed me up as I want to maximize what I get out to the desert. Should get somewhere around 50.0 traveling tomorrow after I meet him.

He sent me a screen image yesterday around noon of what looked like 43.0 in one of his accounts. I still had the 24.0 on me that he'd finally produced on Sunday night. Then this problem involving my son arose and I told him that I would be heading back to The Outer Banks to bail my son out before I flew anywhere AND, being that he was the one on the hook for 67.0+ that the he needed to be the one calling the play and completing the pass even if he could only muster a partial.

He had just bought some food at Wendy's and was sitting in the driver's seat in the parking lot of the fish market next door with the keys in the ignition.
