I was told that while I do excel in turbos my reg speed game needed work. Alex had also stated that it was uncommon for top guys to be only successful at turbos. Then again, my reg speed tourney sample size was relatively small.

There just aren't many players beating turbos and losing in normals... like almost no top players. So our worry was if you didn't work on your game and went on a downswing in turbos...we'd have a guy down in normal speeds, on a downswing, who doesn't study, and has say $5k or $10k makeup. It's just a nightmare of a situation. We want to be sure that when a guy has $5k makeup, he's going to work hard to better himself. The competition gets better daily and if you stay the same you naturally get worse relative to the field.

You just have represented yourself very poorly on 2p2 multiple times and potential backers deserve to see the type of person they are getting into business with. Obviously Fthustla handled the whole situation quite poorly, but it seems that he is being treated the same as a horse who has stolen money from a backer. The reality is all he's really done is act immature on these forums, while occasionally raging on someone in chat. These don't seem like big enough reasons why he shouldn't be able to ever get a stake again. There is no doubt he's a winning player, and calling him one of the worst regs on wpn is laughable.

Yeah his replies were often to aggresive, but i dont think the stakers are more concerning of the multiaccounting. I dont say he does or doesnt. But if he would have and stars one day freezing his account, they wont see the money which is left on the account back i guess.

I've no idea how good he is at poker, but his ability to get a staking deal has hardly been helped by his posting on here, and of course any potential backer is going to take all available info into account. He's got no chance of having the posts removed so this discussion is pretty pointless and can only make things worse for him, so his best play would be to stop posting.

by claiming to have played on your ex's account you were breaching these terms about only playing on one account, using other players accounts giving stars the ability to confiscate funds in your account as a result of breaching part of the agreement.

If stars accept that you didn't play on your ex's account , that just shows that you were attempting to get a stake off the back of others peoples play and makes you untrustworthy and unbackable as a liar and dishonest person.

For small transfers , stars probably wouldn't check, but if you hit a big payday there is likely to be a security check before any payouts /withdrawals/transfers were allowed and at that point stars could then do the funds seizure for past indiscretions. From a stakers point of view , your honesty is questionable as a result of the play on gf's account claim and there is a chance of winnings being seized if you hit a big win.

Solely looking at your results i'd probably have invested in you, considering all these honesty , fund seizure issues its a big red flag for me and thats without the way that you have responded in this thread being taken into consideration.

Ok guys, real quick if I may. Demteri emailed stars all this information and stars had temporarily blocked my stars account. I resent my verification in and told what had happened. They came to a decision that everything was cool and let me play again.

Funds seizures after reinstating my account is unlikely. 3bethold has not played since November of last year. After a thorough investigation they have come to the conclusion that I happen to be myself.

We can forget about the past. Whether I was 3bethold or not is of no concern today. My skill level is still the same. I am the same team player, and I encompass myself in poker. Day in and day out.

I can provide all emails stating that my account is in good holdings and that no investor would have any worries. I can get fresh Pokerstars responses if need be.
